On entering DFS Inverness branch
On entering DFS Inverness branch, we were approached by a pleasant member of staff who explained how to look up colours of individual pieces of furniture and then we were happily left to browse around the store at our leisure. On deciding to purchase a piece of furniture, we sought out Barbara (who had initially approached us) and she was professional, friendly and thorough at explaining everything involved with the purchase until same was completed. Barbara is an asset to this DFS branch

Great customer service and various great furniture choices.
I had gone to various furniture places that day and the intention was to have a look and purchase later. When I entered DFS that was the last I visited the staff were welcoming. Especially Fisayo or Fikayo was so warm and patient. She showed me various option and explain patiently. DFS had various options and beauriful pieces. I eneded purchasing more than planned and this was because of the great customer service experience.

Fantastic customer service
Emailed on the Sunday night requesting a process for a new cover for a cushion for my chair. Got a reply monday morning to say it had been forwarded to the appropriate department. Monday afternoon I got a call within 10 minutes cover was ordered.
