Mark is a true professional, an asset to DFS. He got to know me & my family, listened to what I wanted and tailored his solution to us. He provided no pressure and found the perfect balance between being with us and leaving us alone. Mark is an expert in his field and I would look forward to doing business with him again.

Richard was very pleasant, patient and helpful upon our multiple visits to the store. Nothing was too much for him and he was honest. I couldn't wish for a better service.

Fantastic service

What made our experience great was the service, Ross was the person that helped and later in the car, we spoke of what an amazing salesman he was, he didn't push us in anyway shaoe or form to take out extra insurance or buy something we didn't want and we ended up getting more than what we needed as he was so open and honest with us. Very informative, very kind and didn't bombard us with a ton of irrelevant information. 10/10 to Ross and a 10/10 to the venue, it was very well presented and had exactly what we were hoping to find in regards to the perfect sofa for us.

Richard was amazing! Could not fault him! Made me and my partner feel at ease. Described everything in simple terms. Wasn’t pushy. Explained things properly. Answered all my questions! It felt like we were actually talking to a proper human not a robot!! Honestly the best member of staff you have!!!

Helpful and informed staff

We went to the Ipswich store to just have a look at some sofas the first staff member greeted us but weirdly never got up to greet us.
We had a short look around then Alex came out and couldn’t be any more helpful we were only going in for a look and ended up spending £4500.

recently visited the DFS sofa and furniture store and had such a great experience. I really loved the environment, it felt welcoming and comfortable. The staff were also amazing, especially the lady who guided us. She was very kind, friendly, and had such a lovely nature. She made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Tina made me, my partner and son feel welcome considering we were young she did a fantastic job in explaining every detail not hesitating to repeat things. We went in with options in mind and she found the sofa for us in under 2 minutes it was a perfect experience.
