Fantastic team, friendly and no pressure sell. So helpful and kind. Great choice of sofas!!

Really bad experience all over.
First we visited store to enquire the bed we wanted to purchase as needed more info about it; store staff literally read out the info from online and couldn’t answer any of our questions.
We then risked it and bought the bed online.
On the delivery day driver just turned up without the call even so the order confirmation email advised that we will receive a call 30min before the delivery.
When bed was unpacked all the packages were just scattered all over our driver.
Drivers then walked all over our brand new carpets with their shoes on. When they were putting the bed together I noticed several dints and scratches on the frame. It took them ages to read the instructions to put the bed together. Plastic slat clip was broken in the process of assembly. Then it was discovered that there are holes missing in the frame for the slat clips, and bed was deemed as faulty so they had to take it apart and leave. More mess was left on my carpets. Walls were scratched where headboard was put to lean on.
Issue with faulty bed was reported straight away and I haven’t heard back from DFS how they are going to resolve this.
I have opened the case on DFS website and only communication received so far is email acknowledging receipt of the complaint.
It’s been almost a week and still no sign of refund….
Disappointing and frustrating!!!!

I went into dfs with a sofa in mind. Dealt with a lovely gentleman called Dennis, he not only showed me the sofa in mind but also alternatives, he talked me through my wants and needs and I ended up purchasing a different sofa entirely but it is so much better than the one I wanted. He was patient, not pushy one bit and really took his time with me. Such a lovely experience. I had my 11 year old son with me and was worried he would be bored. He absolutely loved the place 😂

The member of staff that attended to us was extremely nice, attentive and knowledgeable.
Didn't waste time trying to sell me add ons that I had no interest in whatsoever and the whole process was quite quick and efficient. Did not hassle us whilst looking around the store which was really pleasant and surprising.

My daughter and I bought the beautiful ADA sofa today. We popped in about 6 weeks ago and chatted with Dennis who was so lovely and helpful, we decided on this sofa but had to wait for the house purchase to go through. We came back today and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who was very kind and helped us measure the sofa one last time to make sure it fit in our new home, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. We were then passed on to Earl to complete the purchase. Earl was so jolly and super efficient and made the whole experience personal and enjoyable. All three of these staff members are a credit to DFS, your customer service is excellent. Thank you

Visited dfs today ,seen a settee deal l liked ,with a foot stool,and decided to have matching chair ,staff were not bothering me while looking answering any questions l had ,when l had made my choice Pam came over and talked me through everything, all about what the settee does and chair ,has they both recline ,chair had heated seat ,even made me a latte, she was very nice would highly recommend her to anyone .

Very helpful staff. Let us browse at our own pace and were there to help us when needed. We felt no pressure to buy at any stage. When we chose a sofa the salesman talked us through everything very well. Lovely shop , lovely staff and a great experience all round. Would highly recommend.
