Dan was totally professional in every matter, he introduced himself when we first came into the store , he gave us the time to look around without any pressure for a sale and was on hand with any questions that we had about the furniture. Once we had decided on what we wanted he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to allow us to choose what payment plan we wanted , he even offered us complimentary coffee whilst we mulled things over . Fantastic salesmanship. I hope that all your sales associates take note of Dan at work your sales would double. Can’t speak highly enough of him

We originally spoke to Dan at the Peterborough branch on Saturday 2nd of May, and he showed us some options available to us, both my wife and myself were split on the covering material. We went away after a considerable amount of time too talk about things and returned Monday 4th May, we again saw Dan who was very patient and very thorough in everything he told us and often repeated things until we understood every thing that was applicable to our order, he was always calm and unflustered, and made the whole buying experience enjoyable, with a nice cup of Latte and of course a comfortable seat on our purchase. Thanks Dan 10 out of 10.

After visiting the Kettering store and not receiving a warm welcome from either of the two gentleman stood there talking we decided to visit the Peterborough store, our first visit we was welcomed by Dan, he was warm and welcoming without doing a pushy sale, we needed further measurements so went back on another evening and was assisted by Chloe, both members of staff are a credit to the Peterborough store.

Staff were amazing, we had a lovely guy called Perry help us and he was great with my 2 neurodiverse girls
