The team in the Reading store are amazing. I had already searched online and knew what I was after and they where able to answer all the questions I had about delivery and assembly of the new sofa.

Upon entering the store, it was made very clear the location of types of sofas we were looking for. All staff were very polite. Never felt pressure to buy anything. Great to have customer toilets. Felt reassured of order being checked by another staff member.

Jonathan was very patient and showed me all the recliner chairs that were on express delivery. He explained the features and options well and didn’t try to rush me into a decision.
