Faisal was super, very welcoming
Faisal was very good, he greeted us and asked questioned about what we were looking for, he was very attentive. He was welcoming gave us coffee, and showed us all of the different ranges, he really helped us find what we were looking for and he advised on fabrics and styles. Excellent experience, Faisal made it such a good experience and he was very knowledgable and extremely helpful.

Don’t trust what they say in store
Very very unhappy as should be getting our sofa this Friday 5/6/26 book a day of work got rid of our old sofa’s today 3/6/26 now got a call saying there’s no stock even though it says in store delivery in 7 days what a load of rubbish. Annoyed is an understatement. 😡😡😡
BUT in store they was lovely so not there fault.
Still waiting for my sofa NOT happy. Sitting on the floor and beach chairs aren’t good.

Great service! Professional and friendly. We had the pleasure of buying two couches with Adil’s help at Romford branch and we felt like he was superb when it comes to customer service. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We would definitely come back. The selection was good as well, we found what we were looking for in a decent price range.
