Friendly Service
The woman who served us was very friendly and helpful. We popped into store a couple of days before we purchased our furniture and we were warmly greeted. The same person dealt with our sale today, she was professional and helpful.

She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood all the options available before making my decision.

There was a very good range of sofas on display in the showroom, and the salesman (Khan) was very helpful and knowledgeable about both products we were interested in. He took us through the order/delivery process, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly and answered any questions we had. He certainly made the process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with - DFS are luck to have such an excellent salesman.
