We visited the store to look for a new living room sofa, as our previous DFS sofa had reached the end of its life after serving us well for nearly 12 years. As the summer sale was going on we thought of a good bargain, however the one we got was not in sale but we are expecting it to uplift our living rooms appearance.

We were warmly greeted by Anabelle, who was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. She took the time to answer all our questions and guided us through the process of choosing our new 3-seater and 2-seater sofas. Whenever she was unsure about something, she didn't hesitate to seek advice from a senior colleague, ensuring we received accurate information.

Overall, it was a very positive and enjoyable experience for our family. We really appreciate excellent customer service and would happily recommend the store to others.

Todays sofa buying experience was such a pleasure at Teeside park.
The lady that helped us could not have been more helpful . She had only been there 2 weeks and anything she didn't know the answer to she went away and found out . No making this up. No fibbing us off .
She also listened to shat we ssid we needed and spent time showing us all the options that suited our needs. Such great service and not once pushing a sales pitch at us . So refreshing.
We also had an interaction with the manager and he was super helpful too . He even showed us an image of the sofa we wanted from his phone as he owns the same one .
He was the same , answered our questions and was not at all pushy .
There's a reason why we come to DFS first and these to people are it .

Waren was very helpful answering all our questions and showing us different options that were available in the sofa range before we made our choice, also explaining what our options were in finance.

We were about to order a corner sweet from barkers of Northallerton and called into dfs we were meet by Clare and later on by Dan we knew the configuration we required ,Clare and Dan listened to our requirements and professionally showed us what DFS could offer . One sweet was the specification we required ,and the quality we wanted .from there we could choose the c colour and material we wanted . And a deal was done with some extras that we didn’t know existed a five year warranty and silicon sliders should we ever wish to move it and a specific cleaning chemicals.to that finish .everything was explained in great but easy to understand way over a coffee.i have ran a fair size company for many years until a sold it and retired .the service and professionalism we received today was above and beyond what I expected I can’t praise your staff enough and without them we were going to order from barkers so they not only gained the order but a customer that will recommend not only your store but also both these exceptional people they were a credit to them selves and to your company.regards David Fell

We were looked after very well by Warren, who went through in detail the aspects of the furniture, warranty and delivery. We were able to make our decision on the sofa arrangement we wanted without being pressurised

Decided l needed a new two setter settee so went to DFS Teesside Park to have a look at some two setter settees and was met by a lovely and ever so friendly Claire to assist me. I had a good look around and followed Claire's advice l followed it that well l changed my two setter settee 3 times and must say she was so helpful all the way through the sale she could not do enough for me absolutely amazing in every way. I would certainly recommend Claire any day of the week 100%+ amazing lady. Thank you so much Claire for all your help and support so much appreciated. Thank you 🤗

Debra helped us find the right sofa to suit our needs, she was very well informed, friendly and understood what we were looking for. After a quick check of measurements back we went and Brandon made sure all the paperwork was completed. Very personal, professional service from friendly helpful people. Plus perfect priced sofas.

Clare at the Teesside Park branch was very helpful and the process was very smooth. Relevant documentation was sent very speedily.
