A great experience
We had such a great experience choosing our new sofa. We showed Rachel a few options we had seen online, we explained to her what we both like and don't like and Rachel managed to help us find exactly what we needed which wasn't one we had considered before! We felt really listened to and Rachel really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect new sofa for our family.

The young lady sales assistant was very friendly, she scanned each sofa we were interested in to give us the spec and dimensions. We made our choice and were given cappacino coffee while we
