Went to look and buy a new sofa! The two ladies that came to us were so helpful. The last lady who dealt with ys properly and to purchase the sofa was just so helpful, even went and got us coffee (which were the best lattes my father in law and myself had) Willie you were just great, the whole experience with yourself, from showing us the different ranges and fabrics to going through the whole purchase with you was very fast and efficient. So thank you!

Alison at the Torquay branch was one of the nicest, most attentive people we have ever met. There was nothing she wouldnt do to make our visit to DFS an enjoyable and constructive experience. Prtofessional, calming, empathetic. Just great.

The staff member, Mike was incredibly helpful and supportive. He explained each stage of ordering my new sofas. He was polite and professional throughout.

I popped into the shop looking for inspiration, greeted by Alison. On wandering around I came across a beautiful sofa and accent chair, and decided to purchase (plus other items). The service provided by Alison was extremely helpful, polite and professional - a great ambassador for the company.
All round, I am more than happy to recommend DFS.

We came in to the store and was made very welcome. A member of staff came up and helped us thought the process of our purchase. She was very friendly and helpful, everything was explained and a clear manner. It was very straightforward.

Darren was very helpful right from our first visit to DFS, he helped to make sure the sofa we wanted would work in the room. He wasnt pushy and actually advised we dont order the sofa yet as didnt have a moving date. On our second visit we asked Darren for help again. He spent alot of time with us, moving rugs and coffee tables from around the store so we could see how it would work with our new sofa and nothing was to much trouble. He was very helpful and definitely made our sofa shopping experience alot easier.

The staff in the Torquay store were knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Particularly our sales person Darren, he really seemed to care thay we got the right furniture for our needs. Thank you, we will be back in the future.

Very friendly and asked if we needed help and we said we were just looking at the moment. Kept interacting with us but not pushy.

The assistant Lily was excellent in explaining the whole process from looking around the showroom to the final sale se explain everything thoroughly and was very pleasant and professional to deal with.

Communication

Went into DFS Torquay, knew what we wanted and within 30 minutes order was placed after member of staff showed us all details of furniture we picked.
Excellent service so well done to Lilly and Darren for their help.
