Large amount of furniture displayed
Good amount of well displayed furniture to look around. The staff were there if needed but not overwhelming.
Once our decision was made, the member of the team that served us was polite, well informed and extremely helpful.

Amazing service from the lady who…

Overall it was a great experience
Overall it was a great experience. However there was one thing that let the experience down. The sales lady got up at one point and started to go over to a couple that walked in the door and left me on the sofa.
As a customer service trainer you should give your sole attention to the person you are dealing with and not leave them .
