Great customer service
I walked into the store spontaneously and was just browsing when Temi approached me. He asked what I was looking for, and I told him I wanted a nice, comfortable sofa with a stool.
He took his time and patiently showed me different options and colours, even though my choices were quite limited. After nearly an hour, not only did I find exactly what I wanted, but I also purchased a glass living room table with a matching coffee table.
Temi is a great listener—patient, gentle, and welcoming. He made the whole shopping experience enjoyable, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

Drove 40 miles to look at an item my local store didn't have, very pleased I did. Wasn't at all what I wanted, but with Katie's very knowledgeable help, I found exactly what I did want!
