Quick service spoiled by the extortionate cost of postage
I'm grateful that you had the exact replacement for our broken stable door catch in stock.
The delivery was quick.
But the price of postage was extortionate 😠
The catch cost £11-30 the postage £14-00.
The catch weighed less than 50 grammes and was 50x16x25 mm in size easily fitting the smallest jiffy bag.
I reckon a first class stamp would have been sufficient.
It may have been to be do with the fact we live just north of Inverness, but if it is, that's a very poor excuse.
