Hardware for wooden sliding patio door.
The experience with DGS was excellent from start to finish.
Sales team understood my enquiry and quckly advised on stock levels.
Goods ordered on Friday 1 August and arrived the next day.
My only quibble is the delivery cost. As I ordered a 2m track I had to pay an "oversize" charge of £25! But, to be fair, that was the courier company not DGS.
First class service.👍🏻

Pretty poor!.
Pretty poor!.. found and ordered the part I needed no problem, took payment online , email order confirmed ect , then next day ‘sorry we don’t have it it’ll be 5-7 working days’!. Then after 2 weeks still nothing , then requested a refund which took a week to process!, for the love of god I have no idea why as it seems to be instant to take payment yet days and days to issue a refund!.. as yet the refund has only just been issued I’m told , but I’m yet to actually have my money back in my bank!.. wouldn’t waste your time with these , there’s plenty of other suppliers out there who can manage orders and supply things. I’m only glad it was a relatively small item and not something worth a decent amount of money!. thanks for wasting 5 weeks of my time waiting for a replacement handle!!

Amazing company, I have work with them with Marc wich is an amazing he knows everything much more likely I have some bizarre requests and he is able to source the part's and deliver maybe thy are a little bit pricey but thy are able to source the part's the corect wich is a huge plus I'm working with them from 4- 5 years and never let me down. .
