Do not download this product. If you should delete it, all components are not deleted. Files remain (and can only "be deleted manually") that spam you with alerts. The company's public email is incorrect.

Software does not work and is potential scam. Took my money, no replies to support emails or refund request. AVOID!

Like another reviewer, I was looking for a Windows 10 driver for old video capture hardware. I found a YouTube video that directed me to the DgtSoft site, and I foolishly paid for their Intel Drivers Update Utility without checking for reviews. I installed the software, but when I tried to activate it, it wouldn't accept the license key they had sent me. Three emails to them were not returned. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, so they don't have my credit card number. Stay away from these scammers!

I have purchase software by paying nearly 40 dollars online, everything looks to be fake and most irresponsible response for my requests. I am requesting for refund as unable to download. My system telling that website of dgtsoft is harmful.

Ran across this program through online ad. Downloaded & scanned my system. Says it found several out of date drivers. Opened device manager & checked a few of my drivers. Mine are all up to date per list of updates DGTSoft says are recommended IF I spend $40 for their software. Complete SCAM. If you really want to keep your system up to date I recommend IO Bit Device Driver. $25 & it scans & updates system automatically.

This program is a scam. It finds 90 drivers out of date, while they are not!
Furthermore it doesn't download anything or refers to a inaccessible ftp site. Zero value, do not buy!
Customer service is zero, no respons to emails, no refund.
Well it was a lesson worth 29.90$. Could be worse :(

I purchased this software via Avangate. It installed OK but when I tried to use it, it would find many updates it sees as necessary to install for my Dell Optiplex 780 Computer. On 3 different attempts to use this program, each time it was not able to download all of the updates it saw as necessary. For the updates that were downloaded, when I clicked on the Update button provided, the system would hang the entire computer and everything was hopelessly locked up. Any time software hangs your computer, it means that damage may have been done to your computer's registry, your computer's installed updates lists, and can even disable some of your existing software forcing you to reinstall programs again, if they fail to start normally. Avangate was cooperative in requesting a full refund request and I notified and made the same request of Dtgsoft on this problem. At the time of this post, I see 11 other posts regarding Dtgsoft. Mine will be the 12th 1-star evaluation in this list. If my refund request is denied or subject to prolonged delays, I will never purchase any software from Dtgsoft again.

Does not work, put he Bing vc bug in my computer, no response from support and DOES NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They claimed to have a windows 10 driver for an old film scanner. Bought the file which turned out to be useless. No reply to several emails and a request for a refund. Money back guarantee not honoured. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

If you're like me, you bought at a "discount" their HP Drivers Update Utility.
It is a scam! Says after the scan I need 22 drivers updated. Ok fine so you click download and it looks like its doing something. Then select install and it just freezes every stinking time.
Checked against 4 other driver update utilities and my system is just fine.
So for the past 14 days I've been emailing and no reply. I try to call their number +86 186611 449301 and the number doesn't exist. So try variations of that number and still nothing.
What I'm worried about is what they will do with my card info or try to charge another license fee a year from now.
Man after all these years and finding this company's link on the HP main website I thought it was safe. Guess I'm a fool. And yes ADVANTGATE is the "mothership" and most likely in China.

Was try to check for a new bios and ended at this site.
After running their scan (scam) I manually checked my installed drivers against the 40+ items and found none of them needed updating!
Not surprised as I already have DriverUpdate. Other customers imply no customer support / refunds. Always check the site out!!!

Looked good, sounded good, payed and downloaded, their software presumably found 29 missing or out of date drivers, and supposedly downloaded them, out of 29, I could only open 3, and those did not work.
No numbers to call, and they will not respond to any of my 4 emails sent.
Talked to a very accommodating young man at my credit card company and he assured me that as soon as the charge is posted to my account, all I have to do is call them and they will remove the charge.
I paid thru PayPal so I did not give my number to these crooks.
STAY WAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Advantgate is their front company, so also stay away from them as well.

This product is a total waste of time and money. Scans were incomplete (as found out by using another product), the driver update feature downloaded the EXACT same files for every device I tried to update (total smoke and mirrors ! ). Spend the extra $10 for a product that works ! I sent email to their support, with no response. I'm guessing my money is lost, but now I am wondering if they are going to steal my personal identity and credit card information. I usually do my homework before trusting these, but the Dell site was so screwed up, and I was in a hurry -- buyer beware -- the Dgtsoft.com driver utility is certainly flawed, if not an outright scam ! ! !

I bought this software to update a bluetooth driver on my HP notebook. The drivers it directed me to download mostly turned out to be empty files and those that were able to be downloaded were absolutely ancient!!! Drivers from 2007 which are obviously not the latest updates. I tried to claim my money back under their 14 day money-back guarantee and was given the complete runaround by this company, nothing but a circus in terms of customer service. In frustration , after much correspondance with no result, I finally gave up any hope of receiving a refund and can only advise anyone considering this product to THINK AGAIN.

I bought their drivers update utility for 30 bucks. All it does is to direct you to a Chinese driver website to download the drivers. But ironically, the Chinse website offers its own free tool to do just that. Worse, many drivers recommended by the paid software are not suitable for my machine. I tried to contact the seller since they state explicitly they have a 14 day money back guarantee. But a week has passed, no reply received. Complete fraud and stay clear!

Bought this product thinking that it would help me restore drivers for my Dell Media PC. Unfortunately, the product did not work and made matters worse because I ended up rebuilding it a second time.

I have since removed the product and have requested a refund, but the only thing I'm getting from the company is that I'm not using the product properly. It's been over a month now and the only solice I have is that I'm in the public sector and informing everyone I come into contact with not to purchase any of DGTSoft's products.

Bought the full package and my computer - installed the suggested drivers - and my computer went black.
Reinstalled everything and made a complain - asked to get a refund and go nothing.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
