I've bought 4 or 5 jerseys sets for my kids. Quality is always top. Delivery wee bit slow but that's the price you pay for heavily discounted jerseys. Selection is amazing. Would definitely recommend

This plateform is not safe to use . The sellers don't respond very often. And the tracking number that they provide is not accurate. It's so hard to talk to an agent to get a follow up .also, they denied the return item and refund of course. The item looks so different from the description listing ! And also I need to block my credit card after making a purchase from the website because a couple days later there was a suspicious transaction on my credit card . Be aware be cautious.
To reply to Dhgate message : I tried so so many times to contact you and no replies ! Please stop pretending that you care or are serious !

Fab quality

Dhgate has gone down hill. I ordered from a seller that listed the item as being local (within the US) and guaranteed 7 day shipment. I placed an order 07/05 and it still has yet to ship. When I check the shipping the only update is that the label was created. When I reached out to the seller they mentioned they have to custom make for me. I did not order custom made. I ordered based on what they said was available inventory in the US. The seller refuses to refund and is giving me the run around and Dhgate always sides with sellers. I feel scammed. I tried posting on reddit but the mods removed it because they don’t want any negative posts.

When I went to file a claim through Seel’s Resolution Center, the system recognizes the package as Not Delivered but gives me no option to actually request a refund. The only choices are “I’ll wait,” “I’ll contact the carrier first,” or “tracking status is incorrect.” There is no path to the thing I paid for.

Trying to reach a real person just loops you through a chatbot that repeats the same dead-end steps. I emailed support with screenshots documenting every step plus the seller’s own messages, and I’m still being told to “follow the steps” the same steps that don’t lead to a resolution.

The entire point of buying shipping protection is that it works when a delivery fails. Mine has failed, the evidence is clear, and I still can’t get a refund or a straight answer. I would not rely on this service.

When it works it works but when the seller (ua_irvine) scams you, by sending a different product of much lower value than you ordered, DH Gate does nothing to protect you. Very much a case of buyer beware.

Send me the rong Man utd shirt and wouldn't send me the one I ordered! They use all the excuse in the book! Avoid this company horrible people.

Really bad. Asked three sellers to send me picture BEFORE shipment. They sent me pictures but also shipped the items right away. I have refused two of them and the other one is now here which will cost me a lot of return fees. The other two sellers wont refund the returned items. DHgate keeps opening disputes for me but sellers can just deny the refund. Im not getting any of my money back and just feel totally scammed

absolutely shocking experience! placed an order through this site and was concerned that after 9 days goods had not been despatched delivery was advertised as 4-8 days so i reached out to the seller to cancel the order as they couldnt be bothered to send the goods.i received excuses and an assurance that they would be despatched immeadiately.it took another 3 days to despatch the order and took over 3 weeks to get to me since placing the order.on receiving the order the quality of the goods was terrible and were clearly counterfeit.i contacted the seller again who again made excuses and eventually after toing and frowing accepted my argument and stated he would give me a full refund for one of the items after 5 days nothing happened so i opened a dispute with customer services which were worse than useless in resolving this matter.they sent me an email stating they had issued a refund when i checked they had issued a refund of $5.48 off an order that was around $36 i again contacted customer service which is a very difficult process and they insisted the process had to involve me contacting the seller and getting him to write a statement agreeing to issue the agreed refund.this seller was dishonest and when i approached the seller he sent a refund of $5 and then would not respond to my messages.so overall the buyer protection isn't worth a bean.order number was 319861341472 this is provided for dhgate to check out the validity of this review they apparently wrote a report of the incident which i believe was the catalyst for the seller to send the paltry refund but apart from that the customer services was worse than useless.a word of warning to people thinking of ordering from these they seem to have a lot of rogue sellers on the platform and they facilitate them without giving you the protection they advertise.i will report this to credit card company and claim a refund through them.thanks for nothing dhgate a total waste of £26.50 and i will not buy off your site again

Lost my faith in this platform now.

Cheap poor quality goods and really hard to get any real customer support.

The item I recieved was damaged and completely sub standard and fake.

The seller now wants me to return the item at my cost and says it could take 3 months for me to get my money back.

The shipping is nearly as much as the items value.

Sellers cannot be trusted on the platform they have been quite dishonest in my previous dealings as well.

Not a good experience and my advise is to avoid.

Had an issue where the delivery driver, for the company dhgate chose to deliver, marked a package (obviously not my package containing my items) as delivered. The driver took a blurry pic as proof of delivery. Ive not once had a blurry delivery photo used as proof of delivery. Ive tried to get my money back for those purchases to no avail. I even contacted the company to which I paid for shipping insurance. They were of no use.

I also contacted dhGate when the issue happened, of course they werent of any help either, so idk why they replied for me to contact their customer service. Their dispute resolution is a joke.

Never received the item but my credit card was charged in April. I would give it zero stars if I cpold. Buyer beware!
Their customer service doesn't respond so had to disspute with my credit card company. Don't order from here unless you want to give your money away!

They don't send you what you order but a cheap alternative instead. Then offer partial refunds. This site is a complete scam. Avoid & delete their app.

I never got as far as buying anything because I had issues right from the start just by trying to verify my email address. Its too long of nightmare experience to try & explain but eventually I managed to email them and they did get back to me with an answer that didnt even match my query! I think I've managed to close my account even though I couldn't set 1 up properly 😅 I could tell from all the messing around just by trying to set up an account was a red flag! If anyone is trying to open an account DON'T BOTHER!
Don't bother reading their reviews either because they automatically default themselves to a 5star or they get someone to write them all on the same day. Take a look yourself you will see that at least 10-20 reviews that are on most recently are all on the same day 13th July!!! and they're all 5stars! You'll find the odd 1 inbetween from real customers. Sites like these should not be allowed to advertise as they're louring vulnerable people in with fake everything! Scam Scam Scam!!! Red flag Red flag Red flag!!! STAY WELL AWAY!!!
