The hairpatch they offer is too costly,the same quality patch one can get at a cheaper price.They think the customer is a fool. They say we will customise patch which match your hair but they give the patch which they already have. Also there service is poor they don't even call after receiving money

From the very first consultation, the team was professional, transparent, and reassuring. They explained every step of the procedure in detail and answered all my questions with patience. What impressed me most was that the entire procedure was performed by experienced doctors, not technicians – which gave me complete peace of mind.

The day of the treatment was smooth and comfortable. The clinic was spotless, the staff was caring, and I felt well taken care of throughout. The procedure was virtually painless, and I could return to work the next day!

It’s been a few months now, and I can already see natural-looking results – no one can even tell I had a transplant! My confidence is back, and I can’t thank the DHI India team enough for this transformation.

Please stay clear of this place. Unprofessional and unethical people. They don’t know what they’re doing. Place lacks hygiene and basic cleanliness. Only thing they are good at seems to be social media marketing, building a decent website and cheating people. They supply fake substandard medication.

The sales / consultation lady Ms Porkodi is the master of conning people out of the entire team.

Went to dhi for a hair patch
Ordered it
After one week showed me 2-4 hair patches which were not my size poor quality
But I had to go out in conference next day they installed it and gave me assurance tht they will resolve my issue
But after 2-3 visits same patch with different hair cuts are given to me
I refused to take that patch and gave my true review
Nnow they wanted me to delete the review and have a new patch
But I refused
Now the result id given 60k and received noooooo patch

DO NOT TRUST

I underwent a hair transplant at your Kolkata clinic on 29th July 2023. Unfortunately, after waiting for 8 months, I didn't see any visible results. Seeking quicker results, I opted for SMP and endured a painful 2-hour session, for which I paid 70k. However, after just three days, 80% of the ink washed out, and after the second wash, 100% of it was gone. When I reached out to Dr. Rashmi regarding the issue, her response seemed unprofessional. I'm disappointed that the ink used was of poor quality, causing a waste of both time and money, along with severe headache and scalp itching. I am hesitant to undergo another SMP session. Additionally, I couldn't find a valid email address on your website to request a refund. I'm also concerned about the circulation of my photos without permission, which is a legal issue. Furthermore, while discussing the issue over WhatsApp, it was agreed upon that I would receive a 75% refund if I deleted the review, but my request for a full refund went unanswered. These people are there to suck out your money by giving you false or half information about their services.

General tendency is to think that if someone charges huge fees then they must be giving best quality

However they prove it wrong.
Their first consultation appointments (chargeable) are done by receptionists and then they claim to get second opinion by senior doctors for which they’ll charge more

Eventually their rates even for basic procedures are exorbitant, even though results can differ for each patient however their theory to suggest a treatment which can extract as much money as possible

I would encourage not to use DHI (gurgaon and delhi branch), and look for some other centre. The product itself is good, but the service of quality and communication from the team is painful and very bad. On the day of the hair treatment, we were made to wait for 2 hours because the product hadn’t arrived. Next, the teas had to give a maintenance kit which was out of stock, and we had to travel next day, and the team was not responsive at all. Overall, from what I have heard around, the service in competitors are much better with similar products, hence would advise doing market research before using DHI. For DHI’s comment that the review is fake - the patient name is Mridul Chandgothia, who is my son, and was treated by Dr Nidhi in GURGAON.

DHI Bangalore Clinic is a one stop clinic to get a successful hair transplant surgery. I felt no pain during the surgery and there are no scars after the surgery. The facilities, technique, post/pre-procedure suggestions from clinic team, surgeons, and other things are worth for money. Highly recommend DHI for the best hair transplant clinic in Bangalore.

Thorough Professionals. I have done my hair transplantation 5 days back and waiting for results. However, I am totally satisfied with the way the procedure was conducted. Detailed review shall be posted after few months.

I have been LOOTED with a big chunk by this company and I am trying to get back whatever it is possible.

I was suffering from hair loss from as early as from high school. Along the years, this problem grew up even bigger and I had reached 6-grade baldness. Then I decided to go for surgery.

My results are literally nothing. I REPEAT literally nothing. Whatever I have now is much more injured face. I am completely BALD now. Moreover, the hairs of donor are too gone...I have contacted them MANY TIMES trying to understand what’s going on with my scalp.

Nobody now response and they ignore me because they know that now I have understood that they have given me FAULTY SERVICE and they can no longer explain me fabricated lies like these below.

"The results vary person to person" or something like "Sometimes skin doesn’t respond to new hair follicles"... And many others similar quotes to make you feel that the fault is in your body.

I then went to some doctor in Vishakhapatnam. I will not write his name because it will seem like his promotion. I will just write my part.

So that doctor tested my scalp both manually and with some instruments. He concluded that the hairs were put improperly at the wrong depth inside the skin due to which they couldn't grow. He could now see the scar tissues there. He also inspected more but I cannot explain such technical information as I am not a doctor.

The present situation now is that I am getting PRP sessions from that doctor in Vishakhapatnam in order to supplement any weak hair follicles that have been inactive due to bad surgery from DHI Delhi. I hope to revive most of my hairs back

I was neither given any welcoming analysis from DHI to resolve my problem nor did they address my refund request. As a patient, I feel LOOTED by this company. I am very unhappy with their service.

After a lot of research i choose Dhi treatment and after getting my result i realized that i selected the exact place.

I got my transplant of head don 7 months ago. results are horrible. The doctor has put my hairs at a very random angles. Some hairs are facing here and some are facing there and all of it is kinda haphazard. Whenever someone looks at me first stares at my hair line, which looks absurd and make me feel embarrass.

Got DHI Hairtransplant session done from Chandigarh clinic. Superb facility, very professional and experienced staff. It has been 8 months now since i have got my younger look back. Thanks to all the DHI team Chandigarh. 👍
