Hello,

I’m very disappointed with this situation. I was informed that my order arrived in Temara on Tuesday, and now your team is asking me to come and pick it up myself.

I live in Skhirat, which is about 15 km away, and I already paid $40 for delivery to my address. This is not acceptable at all.

I paid for home delivery, not for pickup. I expect my order to be delivered to my address as agreed.

This is honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

My shipment arrived in Morocco on February 23rd, but DHL intentionally waited until March 3rd (8 days later) to notify me about the fees. According to their own policy, storage fees start after 3 days, meaning they deliberately created extra costs before contacting me.
​Furthermore, they are asking for 900 MAD ($90) just for "service fees," which exceeds my total order value of $88. Despite my official request on March 4th to return the parcel to the sender, they are still holding it to accumulate more storage charges. This is unacceptable and predatory behavior.
