My parcel was stolen in 2 minutes after delivery , I needed 3 minutes to get downstairs to pick it up ,it was gone !!
Picture of delivery exists , but parcel dissapired.
I think is was your driver I am assuming.
Please advise what how you can help .

Right number of emails to notify progress of delivery. Easy to change delivery to no-signature or a convenient pickup point as desired. In North London, the nearest pickup point is only 15 minutes walk away, which is useful, as I don't have a car.

Utterly hopeless, DHL suggested they would deliver on specific date. Two hours before the delivery time DHL claimed they had attempted delivery. This was total lie. I had been sitting by window facing the front door. No person, drone or ghost attempted to deliver. A blurred abstract photograph to support the lie was submitted but no card. The tracking information was constantly changed saying one thing and then another. This is a disservice to the vendor and the recipient, DHL leave this sector of service provision it is clearly not yours to tinker with.

Good volume of updates, the app worked well, the delivery guy arrived quickly and was nice and friendly.

The driver arrived within the allotted time period stated in the tracker. They were polite and respectful, even when my over-friendly dog tried to make friends.

Delivered on time, courier patient and courteous.

Just delivered on time & undamaged. What you’d expect from someone normally!

Waited in all day yesterday for a parcel to be delivered, had a time slot of 13:22-14:22 only for nothing to arrive ALL DAY & NIGHT then today they have the audacity to tell me “couldn’t gain access to building” you don’t need access to my building, knock on the front door i live on a road with access to my front door. NOBODY turned up what so ever don’t lie, you made me sit in all day for noone to even bother turning up for delivery!

I should be compensated not only for your incompetence but for the waste of my valuable time!

I now have to wait 2 more days for the incompetence of someone.

Why on earth anyone switched to DHL being their delivery service is beyond me, appalling service!

1st class, driver is on time, left parcel where I asked him to! He’s here pretty regularly, so I know him now!

DHL lost my parcel and customer service try to hide it by saying the parcel was delivered without my knowledge in a random place which I never signed for. The last update of my parcel shows their facility and now they try to fool me by stating a different waybill nr on my parcel as they can’t find it. Poor customer service poor service

very fast delivery from US. just 3 days. ordered on Friday.Received on Monday.

8Vendor made mistake on invoice instead of 521.74SAR put 521.74GBP. DHL sent invoice for customs and VAT. raised a case explaining what had happened. closed case without informing and any concrete resolution. sent final warning letter to pray. second dispute open now they say i still have to pay and reclaim from HMRC closed the case on 040926. if they amend anything on their side they will charge£68 plus VAT (a joke). while investigations are ongoing payment meant to be on hold. however DHL passed on to debt collection agent control account who tried to pressure into paying which i reluctantly did, and also tried to add on extra admin fees from their end. I refused to pay and contacted DHL that this is incorrect. at the end of the day the consumer suffers, and this scandalous company can make up rules as they go along. vendor was shockingly bad also. I have escalated to head office, doubt anything will happen

A big thank you for the most fastest delivery from Nigeria to UK. I’m extremely impressed. Keep up the good work. Only concern is that my parcel was delivered at the front porch of 12 instead of 12A which is the precise address on my parcel.

The DHL courier didn't even attempt delivery. Instead, they dropped my parcel at a DHL hub, forcing us to redirect it to our nearest local shop. The parcel is now at the shop, but staff refuse to release it because DHL never sent me the pickup code. I submitted an online complaint to get the code and received an automated email stating they will respond within 1 working day. I don't know how long this will actually take, but if you need an urgent delivery, I strongly recommend using a different service

It hasn't arrived. You have taken a photo showing delivery and there is nothing in the photo.

Appalling service six days to come from wales , sorry it arrived at Manchester then was sent by mistake back down south.
My high value item was delivered to over seven different depots .
On day finally of delivery they stated 6pm to 8pm , it was delivered at 4pm.
I will purposefully try an avoid purchasing an item from any company using this service.
By the way it was royal mint it came from , I’ll also be closing my account with them.just dreadful experience.
