Failure to deliver
Failure to deliver: I was waiting, after rearranging my day and preparing customs payment. Your driver came to my door but chose not to even ring the bell. Instead, he generated and left a slip, saying that he sent my package to a packstation. So now several other employees have more work, and I have to rearrange an entire other day to pick up my package. How are you even in business?

Useless Custom service
Is waiting for a delivery from Germany to Sweden. In Sweden it's delivered by Postnord. The last tracking record says that it has been reaching Sweden and is under transport,buy nothing happens after that. Have spoken to customer service at Postnord and after investigation it is clear that the parcel was missing in that gage it was supposed to be delivered in, so the parcel is left in Germany but by the tracking it seems like it is in Sweden. Tried to get in contact with customer service at dhl.de by whatsapp, but they only speak German and I don't, so it was a dead end, tried to call them by phone, but was constantly rejected. The sender is off until 9 januari and is not available, how am I supposed to get DHL to react and start chearching the missing delivery??
There is no Zero
If there is less than 1, I would give 0. Several times packages are damaged and sent for DHL for repacking and then when delivered missing items from the delivery. Based on that you will need to return the items.
I start suspecting that their employees are opening the packages to check what is inside and steal things they want.
Delivery delays always and on top of that zero customer service, no Email and whatsApp chat only with Chatbot that is completely useless and never helps and no Email contact.

DHS Is The Worst Delivery I Have Ever Had
DHL has been the most frustrating and disappointing delivery services I’ve ever dealt with.
My package has been stuck with the status “Being delivered” for days, yet nothing ever arrived.
Their customer service is completely useless: you’re constantly redirected from one chat to another, and nobody takes responsibility or even tries to properly check what happened to the shipment.
It honestly feels like DHL has no control or oversight over their own packages.
Zero reliability, zero transparency, zero accountability.
I am extremely dissatisfied and I absolutely cannot recommend DHL to anyone who expects their package to actually arrive.
INCOMPETENCT DHL COURIER SERVICE
First, the delivery man said, he can't find my name on the doorbell and my parcel were returned. Then, I reship the packet again. I got an email from the DHL courier service that my parcel is close by and I followed the live stream, I went out when he was on 2 stops away, so as not to receive any surprises again, the delivery man delivered to my neighbour and drove passed me, I was shocked and when I checked the delivery status, it shows that, the parcel can't be delivered today anymore. I called the customer service and the worker was very rude and even hung up on me😭. CANCEL DHL company FOR LIVE. Mind you, they have been incompetent for too many times.
Slow and non-existing customer service
Slow and awful service. Order took 4 days to travel from Coimbra to Porto (some 110 kms), and now in Porto has had the status "In Distribution" for 7 days. DHL does not answer the phone, does not reply to e-mails, so completely impossible to get in touch. I have no idea if or when I will receive my order, placed on 29/11, and supposed to be here a week later.

Impossible to communicate with them. The chat is a joke. It happened too many times that I am home waiting for a package that doesn't arrive and later I found out in their website that they tried but nobody answer. Too many times.

In the last 2 months, DHL has lost 3 packages of mine. One was a gift that is now out of stock. And for the others the company doesn't want to pay me back (over 200 euros) even if its clear that DHL has lost the package. Infuriating.
Driver and company didn’t care about temperature sensitive items
Driver didn’t care about temperature sensitive contents, it says clearly on the box, temperature sensitive items, not to be left in a warm environment, refrigerate asap and then decided to leave it outside in Perth, Western Australia at 09.25 when nobody was home and the contents were ruined.
Spoke with customer service and was told we don’t do multiple deliveries, don’t have time to take it back to the depot.

I have emailed DHL constantly since 09.00 am.on Monday, all I get is the automated service, I emailed their helpline advising them of the error again silence.
As a courier company there level of communication is appalling.

I placed a huge order for my colleagues in Belgium, and the delivery was only partially completed. I'm currently still waiting for the last part of my order, consisting of 10 boxes of coffee. The delivery is almost three weeks late, and the seller customer service asked me to be patient. I did, and now I'd like to see seller take action. This delay is no longer acceptable. I can't reach neither the seller nor DHL by phone call. They don't offer this chance. There are better choices on the market, definitely.

The delivery guy doesn’t even come if it’s only one or two packages he just update as delivery attempted recipient not found. One day I confronted him when he took off after delivering my nearby dorm without delivering my package he said there’s no package on your name after 2 minutes he left, the dhl package got updated saying delivery attempted recipient not found. The customer service is worse than the delivery agents, they don’t listen, asks your delivery number says the status of your order (which can be found on tracking page by ourselves) and just hangs up. No greetings or prior questions. They really provide the worst for worlds biggest delivery company.
AVOID DHL AT ALL COSTS
The worst experience in Germany has been dealing with the less than acceptable service offered by DHL I was supposed to get my package on the 6th and it appeared on route at 7am , 8 am I get a notification that my package was damaged and it needs to be repacked, their chatbot is useless , today through the seller they have marked my package as lost! I believe they stole it, this is just one of the many bad experiences, including being called a racial slur at one of their filiales AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Ridiculous mockery in the name of service. The scanner (which is the main thing of a packstation) is totally blank and kaput, but nobody knows it! And they can’t even come to fix it cause it is Friday!!! I mean seriously?
The reason why people choose the packstation delivery mode is- they can withdraw the parcel whenever they want, right? And I need to wait for friday+Sat+Sunday + some hours of Monday (hopefully) just to get my parcel “mechanically”????
If you don’t have the infrastructure to maintain digitalised systems, then just don’t go for it.
And if you still want, then make sure you fix the machines promptly. Otherwise no point of having pack stations.
