The connection was not wonderful but it…
The connection was not wonderful but it was adequate. The speaker was good, but I did not find the case studies especially helpful as they did not tease out details and features of the data that would lead to specific clinical input. I felt that it was more about the individual circumstances of the pt and what tech helped them. This is important of course, but not what I wanted from the session.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on the recent session you attended. I will be sure to share your feedback with the producer for the event, who will be really interested in your feedback when developing future courses, as we are always striving to refine and evole what we offer.
Sorry your connection wasn't 100%. We do offer practice sessions leading up to our online courses so people can test their laptops, zoom connecctions etc, so do look our for one of those if you come again. Hopefully that will mitigate any hiccups but of course we can't guarentee how each indviduals internet connection and technology will perform on the day.
We are just developing our schedule of diabetes courses for 2023, so hopefully we'll see you again and we can turn your 3 star into a 5 star review.

Comprehensive data interpretation for flash glucose monitoring
I attended 'Comprehensive data interpretation for flash glucose monitoring'. This is the first time I have felt confident enough to support patients, having done this session. A very holistic session, it included current guidance for Libre and how to navigate, clear guidance on how to structure the interpretation and avoid common pitfalls, as well as how to use language to work effectively with people with diabetes. The interactive element of group working on 2 case studies enabled me to practice using the new concepts and consolidate learning. Eminent speakers answered my questions and I am grateful for such experienced teaching
