Diamond Quarter Reviews 

We went to the Diamond Quarter to look for something for our daughters 21st birthday. It was important for us to get something that would mark the date. The only thing we had in mind was earrings, but they had to be flat backs but weren't sure of anything else. We were served by Lina who was very patient and listened to what we thought we wanted. The result was we chose a pair of blue sapphire earrings with platinum alpha fittings. The sapphires had to be bought and then made into earrings, this was done in less than 7 days and the result was a pair of wonderful earrings which my daughter loves. Thanks to both Lina and Susanna for the great service.

My Wife's 30th Birthday was fast approaching and I had always promised myself that for her present, I would buy her an eternity ring!

I had very minimal requirements and was looking for someone to guide me through the entire process and creatively direct the whole thing to really provide the best end-product.

The problem I had was the whole thing needed to be a surprise. I contacted the guys at Diamond Quarter (Referred by Aspire Diamonds) and explained my situation and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating during the whole experience. The aim was to somehow prise my wife's engagement ring away from her so the guys could create a new ring based on her engagement ring. After advice I was able to prise the ring away from my wife in the promise that I would be cleaning, polishing and re-plating (this to be her Birthday present) - To my surprise DQ offered to do this all for me as complimentary which really blew me away!

All in all, Susannah at DQ was an absolute delight to work with during the whole process - she was able to advise and take my requirements and come up with a solution that I did not even think was possible - she listened to my opinions and even with me making a few changes to things was receptive which made things so much easier.

I was kept up to date the whole way through which made me feel at ease in the knowing that I was in good hands. To top it off the final product blew my Wife and I away - to say she was happy was an understatement and that is testament to the quality of work that was shown.

I would not hesitate recommending DQ to anyone - what was a pressure situation was made to be a joy and cant thank the guys enough for their service! An easy 5 Star!

I had a very specific image of the engagement ring I wanted and I couldn't find it already made in any jewellery shop. When we walked into the Diamond Quarter the staff were really friendly and helpful and helped us to design my engagement ring exactly how I imagined it. Throughout the whole process of getting the ring made we were always kept up to date via email and pictures and a model of the ring was posted to us to try before we fully committed to the purchase. All correspondence were replied to within a few hours. The final result was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The customer service provided was first class especially Lina who dealt with us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and we have even returned to purchase our wedding rings.

I recently purchased a bespoke set of wedding/engagement rings from the Birmingham store. The service I received from all members of staff from start to finish was excellent. All my wishes were met and I am delighted with my rings. They are exactly what I wanted.

I couldn't fault the service and help I received when using the Diamond Quarter to purchase an engagement ring. I knew what I wanted, which was proving difficult to find, but in the Diamond Quarter everything came together. Thanks to their extensive range of rings and gems I was able to have the perfect ring made in a short period of time and collect it later that day - saving me a lot of hassle.
When we found out the ring didn't quite fit properly, we returned to the Diamond Quarter and they were happy to get the ring adjusted and now it's a perfect fit.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Diamond Quarter to anyone in the market for any jewellery - great place and very helpful staff.

As with most people we checked out most of the shops in JQ as well as Hatton Garden. Diamond Quarter is one of the more modern shops and the staff (Lina in particular) were really helpful and knowledgeable. The price was fair and Linas service was excellent which is why I will be picking up the wedding band for my wife to be in a week or so.

Had a beautiful engagement ring made here for my Fiancé she must have had a hard time saying no, great friendly staff and fantastic service the Girls in there had great advice as to what style to go for they were a huge help!!!
