I just wanted to take a moment to share my heartfelt thanks for everything you’ve done throughout this custom order. From the very beginning, I shared the story of my bride-to-be and me… how we met, what brought us together, and why this ring held such deep meaning for us. The final ring you crafted went far beyond my expectations. It brought her to tears when she realized the meaning of the blue diamond, tied to our careers, and how we first met during training. The emerald cut is her absolute favorite. The two clear pear‑shaped diamonds represent how the two of us came together as one. And the 10‑carat rose gold, again, her favorite color… symbolizing our strength, our resilience, and the life we’ve built and intend to carry forward.

Communication with Cherie was timely and professional. Waiting for delivery was frustrating, but I'm pretty sure that was more about UPS than Diamondere.
