My experience in the diamond furniture…
My experience in the diamond furniture was excellent I went in to purchase a small recliner but wanted it covered in a different material the sales assistant Mike Higgins went through all the different colours and material that would suit my needs and was very patient with me while I made up my mind
I would highly recommend given this store a visit if you are looking for a sofa or beds

Absolutely terrible customer…
Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. We purchased a dining table and chairs at a very high price point and were left waiting five months for delivery. When the furniture finally arrived, it was damaged and of shockingly poor quality—completely below what was promised or expected.
What followed was even worse. After months of repeated calls and emails, the company consistently refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable resolution, including a refund. The level of customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly unacceptable.
For a company charging premium prices, this felt like nothing short of a complete rip-off. I would strongly advise others to avoid this business entirely. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—this was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.

We are so sorry that you are not happy with the chairs that you purchased.
However, we did explain to you that we are unable to refund you for your order just because you do not find the dining chairs comfortable. We did explain to you that they are exactly the same comfort as the display models we have in our shop.
We would normally have been happy to change the chairs but the particular chairs you purchased were custom made to your specifications in your particular fabric. These are hand made for you and that is why they take a little longer for delivery, you were told this at the point of sale.
We advised of compensation to you of €200 for the inconvenience of one chair that was damaged that has since been replaced for you.
We try and go above and beyond for all our customer, but we feel that on this particular occasion we tried our best and we are very sorry that you are still not happy.

Mike was extremely helpful towards us and gave us time and space to make up our minds. He was very professional and gave us all our options. We bought a fab table and chairs with extra extension pieces for our growing family. Thanks guys!
