I purchased a engagement ring not really knowing anything about diamond clarity the stone arrived with a yellow tinge to it,my fault,after speaking to a lovely lady called romina I was sent a pre paid label and few days later she sent me video of a replacement next to the previous ring showing the difference in clarity.Extremely pleased with the excellent customer service and good quality goods ( I was also given a extra small discount on the replacement)👍

Solitaire necklace.
I recently bought a solitaire pendant. My second purchase as I bought earrings from this company a couple of years ago. I had a slight issue with the online purchase so I messaged the WhatsApp number and an extremely helpful Michaela sorted that problem and then helped me decide which necklace to buy by photographing together the two items I was considering so I could compare them. Super customer services. Next day delivery was much appreciated too. Thank you.
