Fantastic diamonds
Fantastic diamonds, unmatched clarity, and fair pricing. I wanted to get my wife a new ring to celebrate our 5-year anniversary and visited their showroom in Holland to see what the bands and diamonds looked like in person. Since it was a custom order we needed to complete it online. I picked the highest clarity available emerald-cut diamond. I must say this is the best looking diamond I've ever seen, it's mesmerizing! We absolutely will be long-term customers of DiamondsByMe after such a wonderful experience.

HORRIBLE experience. Took a long time to arrive. Was absolutely terrible when it arrived. Then I had to pay to return ship it TO THE NETHERLANDS! Shipping to me was $20 and $65 to return. They won’t reimburse so I am out $65 bucks because I made the mistake of doing business with this company. BEWARE — AVOID.

Disappointed with weak & slow service
The service and communication from this company is very weak and slow. I don’t recommend them especially if you’re ordering from the USA. I ordered a ring for my husband and was encouraged to also pay for a replica of the same size to make sure my order was accurate. After receiving the replica, I emailed to confirm that it was accurate and that I wanted to move forward with the order. They replied that they would like to send another replica free of charge before producing my final ring because it wouldn’t be possible to return my custom order. I figured this replica would have more details, like color and the custom engraving, so I said yes. It took longer to arrive and was the same generic replica, which was a waste of time and a waste of money since I’d already paid for it once. I again confirmed via email but told them that because everything had moved so slowly, I needed to change the delivery address. They didn’t respond for almost 2 weeks and I started worrying the company was fraudulent. I called a few times but nobody answers the line listed on their website. I emailed them about my fears and they quickly replied they are legitimate, confirmed the new shipping address and apologized for the delay. Eventually I got a tracking notification that the order was on the way, although they had not updated the shipping address. The company also didn’t mention the $150 import tax fee that was required right before delivery. The ring is beautiful, but I prefer to support companies that seem supportive. Don’t use this company if you have a deadline to meet for your gift (like a birthday), and be prepared to email a lot of update requests.

Uw ring werd inderdaad naar het opgegeven adres verzonden. Hoewel de wijziging niet doorgevoerd werd, zien we dat u in mei een dummy bestelde en een gratis ringsizer ontving. Bij uw nieuwe bestelling op 15-7 vroegen we om bevestiging van de ringmaat en ontvingen we later een reactie waarin u een dummy wilde ontvangen en uw adres wilde controleren. Hieruit bleek een fout, die we u opmerkten. Na bevestiging van uw ringmaat startte de productie op 30-7 en de ring werd verzonden op 23-8, binnen de verwachte levertijd.
Onze website biedt uitgebreide informatie over productie- en levertijden. We hebben geprobeerd u zo goed mogelijk te helpen en zouden graag uw feedback ontvangen over hoe we onze klantvriendelijkheid kunnen verbeteren.

Eternity ring
I recently ordered my wife an eternity ring for our anniversary. The ring itself is lovely and she is very pleased with the item, although not quite what she originally wished for.
When manufacturing DBM contacted me to advise the ring had been made however the gemstones originally chosen just didn't work on the ring.With a bit of to and throwing we decided on a different gemstone which works really well. Needless to say my wife is very happy.
I can't fault DBM communications, we were kept updated regularly and were completely upfront regarding issues and time scales.
