My Diamond Experience.
Madelene who helped me choose my ring on the 12th March 2026 was exceptionally helpful and patient. The gentleman who was assisting that day was also very polite and attentive. That aspect of the service was very professional, as was the communication process throughout the making of my ring.
The collection day was less so. I had an appointment to collect the ring made by Camelia who rang me the day before. Her service was very good, however when I arrived with my husband at the store the gentleman on duty that day was less than professional, stating he couldn't find my appointment. After showing him the email I had received confirming the date and time, he asked for the order number and went to find the ring. Camelia was at this time with another customer. The man reappeared and handed me the ring, taking it out of its box. His lack of professionalism rather took the shine off the experience. Camelia took over as soon as her client had left and normal service resumed.

Beautiful earrings
I visited your store in Birmingham. Although you don’t stock many earrings you managed to find one similar to what I was looking for. Order was input for me online and I could view how far through the process my order was. Earrings arrived within expected timeframe.
Beautiful earrings - I chose lab grown diamonds as I think they’re better value.
I would be interested in bracelets with lab grown diamonds and natural emeralds.

The whole process of online ordering was great, but how my item waspackaged for delivery was in my opinion atrocious .
The pendant chain dropped in a plastic bag, the chain badly knotted . Why oh why wasn’t the chain and pendant fitted neatly into the supplied jewellery box retained in place by the display card.
That process would have made the whole experience 5 star.

Very happy
I love my new ring. We went in with a budget and an open mind to diamond shape / setting and the sales team exceeded expectations and got us a better diamond than what we originally expected to get. We were able to track the ring during the stages of being in the workshop down to final quality checks. It was delivered within 3 weeks of purchase. I will definitely be using diamond factory again in the future.

Ring is great but..
Ring is great, service at the stores is great, but online is another story specially on the phone.
Trying to get my refund from my cancelled resizing for months, nothing so far, it's been months now.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service
Absolutely amazing. First, the website is crystal clear and easy to use. You need to know a bit about diamonds and grading agencies, but it is laid out well and comprehensively. Communication was outstanding throughout - customer service was exceptional. I ordered the pendant, and learned I would be out of town when it was supposed to be delivered. Elena responded to my questions, worked a new delivery date, and stayed with me throughout- she emailed daily, did everything she said she would do, and kept me informed throughout the process. Somehow she got the pendant here 10 days early and ultimately a day sooner than expected. It went PERFECTLY. I have grown accustomed in the age of the internet to being ignored, lied to, ghosted… this was an incredibly attentive team who really worked hard for me AFTER THE PURCHASE. I am so excited- the pendant arrived beautifully packaged, a classy box and all supporting documentation. I am so pleased!! Highly recommended.

I recently ordered a wedding ring for my wife from Diamonds Factory, and the whole experience was outstanding. The ring itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully crafted, high quality, and exactly what I was hoping for. It felt really special seeing how much she loved it.

Ordered a necklace over two weeks ago…
Ordered a necklace over two weeks ago at a cost in excess of £1500.00 emailed them last week for an update when it will be delivered.
Did not have a reply, so rang them three times today each time just rang out.
Left my details for them to ring me back still nothing from this company.
My experience with this company finds them lacking in correspondence of customer service, would not recommend using this company.
