I was going too order online
I was going too order online. But went to the store a much better experience as the diamonds I would have selected online would have been very small in reality. Ashley in the Glasgow store was brilliant she listen to what I wanted and showed me the different sizes of diamond. Making my selection easier. Ashley was very welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Over the moon with my ring
Over the moon with my ring, it’s gorgeous and the price point compared to other stores is amazing! I went to the Glasgow store and Ashley was so helpful and knowledgeable. It took just under 3 weeks for delivery but absolutely worth the wait! One thing I will say is the store only has sample rings these are not real gold/diamonds I didn’t realise until I was shown another customers ring and Ashley explained this, just incase you browse in the window and think they don’t look very sparkly.

I cannot praise The Diamonds Factory enough I really wouldn’t go anywhere else for diamonds. I recently replaced my wedding and engagement ring and once again the service from Ashley, Argyle St Glasgow,was second to none, I ordered a 1 carat oval diamond in colour F but on collection, which I may add was less than 2weeks WOW, I was given an upgrade to D in colour. The ladies were very helpful
The ladies were very helpful, and they listened to what we wanted. also they didn't come out of the store to try and get us to come in, unlike two other establishments in the area, which made us feel uncomfortable. We would highly recommend visiting this place for the friendliness and the purchasing.

Lovely ring
From a previous order I thought I would be speaking with Samantha who was very kind and talked me through the finer points of the ring, which I appreciated especially when collecting the ring and meeting her. This time I found the transaction a bit impersonal. The ring is lovely and because it is smaller than anticipated I considered buying another, one each side of engagement ring. However I have decided against that idea.
