I have never had a problem ordering and have always been happy with Blick Art, and it's not that it was a problem now, my order apparently on back order. I was unaware of that until after I purchased. Now the order has been pushed back again and once again was not notified. I only found out after looking up my order again. An email would have been nice.

I paint with acrylics and have purchased paint and brushes from DickBlick a few times over the past couple years. I've found the pricing very reasonable compared with other online retailers, and far better value than the local stores. I wait until I need to replenish multiple items to take advantage of the amount required for free shipping.
The selection is excellent, ranging from economy to professional grade materials.
The ordering process is very straightforward to navigate, and the order was shipped promptly, as per notifications by email.

I have been doing business forever with Blick, because the quality, variety, and prices are so good. I’ve not painted for 2 years, so when I went back to Blick, I was happy that they carried the same frame collections that I loved. I was not surprised the prices have increased, but not prohibitively. I ordered my frame and it came in less than a week! It is just how I remember.

Product selection is easy on this site. The selection is amazing. My order arrived before I thought it would, which was a nice surprise.

I really don't like paying that dang postage. I am disappointed in the declining quality of the picture frames; used to be glass not that fake stuff.

As usual I was treated at the door. Someone was easily available when I needed help. Found what I wanted and had a great experience ( as usual 🙂

Everything went smoothly as far as ordering, pricing was excellent, quick delivery. My only negative would be that one of the boxes of paints I ordered was crushed when it arrived. Product was fine, but box useless for storing paint tubes.

Blick Art has a huge selection of artists' materials and very good pricing. I especially like Blick's description of each item and the user reviews. They make choosing the best product for me easy. There's no art store near me, so I rely on Blick.com for my art needs. Blick is timely in sending my purchase and products are carefully wrapped.

I received some items that were in inventory and they were well packed and excellent. Im still waiting for the rest of items on "back-order" which is ok. I saw that these items were not in the inventory and had no need for a rush. Im looking forward to continuing to purchase from Blick!!

In these trying financial times it is comforting to know there is a place where artists gather their "needed materials" at an affordable price!

Received product in timely matter, however Tri-Art Liquid Glass did leak I called and they were acommodating and sent a replacement promptly with better sealing of bottle.
