We recently had service dealings with Director Rupen Shah, Communication and the conveyance of information about what was required was good. I would say that he is quite conscientious in getting safety aspects sorted out for the sole benefit of his tenants. Which I think is probably the sign of a very dutiful, professional and 'on point' property manager . The bloke also paid promptly and indicated his appreciation, which is always a good way of disengagement .
Best of, and for my part, keep doing what your doing Dickinson E. A. you might even leave the rest standing, if your recent dedication to your duties and customers are anything to go by. J.S.

Very happy with fully managed letting service from Dickinson. Dickinson have long established relationships with suppliers to local authority. Rent paid on a timely basis without fail. Any repairs promptly reported, able to secure good quality skilled professions and work carried out to a good standard.
