DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING

My girlfriend was sexually harassed at work and filed a complaint and NOTHING went through. This was months ago. I also have had filed complaints through the company we work and worked for and they do not do anything

Ordered 2 x pairs of shoes on 29th…

Ordered 2 x pairs of shoes on 29th January. It's now the 9th of March. And still waiting, tracking is about rubbish no information what so ever. Beware people customers service is absolutely rubbish not helpful. Just get it's on its way.
I believe they are scammers. Stop supporting this so called store.

Dicks no longer sells pa fishing and hunting license

So I picked up a cart full fishing supplies to stock up for the upcoming season, when I got to the register and said I needed a fishing license I was told Dicks no longer does licenses. My license was the primary reason I was there. I thought the kid working just did not know how or did not want to do the license.. so I contacted Dicks when I got home only find out it is true when I asked why.. there was no explanation.
When you go on pa fish and game website more than half the locations are Dicks.. I am sure many people only stock up on gear because they are getting their license...at least put a sign on the door or in the fishing section if you want a license shop elsewhere

Shirts arrived dirty and without any packaging

I recently ordered a few articles of clothing from this business. One was a pair of Underarmour joggers and the other two were Calia tops. I know a lot of businesses have multiple distributors so it didn’t really bother me at first when I saw that the pants shipped from a different place than the tops.

The pants are perfect. They fit well and came well-packaged. I was unfortunately shocked at the state of the tops. They arrived without any plastic wrapping or other packaging and were unfolded inside the cardboard box, just kind of thrown in there together. Additionally the white top has dirt all over it. At first I thought it was part of the pattern but the closer I looked, no, it is definitely dirty.

I don’t want to return the items, just wanted to contact customer service to give them feedback on the quality of the delivery, but I did not see an option to do that anywhere on the website. Typically a lot of businesses will have a “how did we do?” option on the order tracking page after it’s delivered but I didn’t see anything like that. I find that kind of disingenuous.

There is nothing wrong with the quality of the clothing so I’ll still probably shop at my local store, irl but I wouldn’t order online again given the way they treated my clothes.

Terrible place to work or support

When you buy here you support woke agenda and when you work at a store you're laughed at by corporate managers. I worked in DSG Corporate escalations department for 2 years. The managers in PA laughed at managers in the store. Run from this place! Employees, customers and investors!

I order a treadmill

I order a treadmill. Realize its wrong one….i call 1hr later when i get home. they say they are unable to cancel my order because its past the 30min window…

So instead of just cancelling my order and leaving treadmill in warehouse, they think the good idea is to have a 500lbs treadmill get delivered with their bulk carrier, then i have to set up a pick up with a bulk carrier, pay for shipping to have delivered back to same warehouse its coning from….makes 0 sense. And only customer service ppl you can call or unqualified rude ppl just sitting at home who have 0 clue what their talking about.

Awful customer service, selling used products as new

Awful customer service. Ordered "new" shoes online and paid new price, ended up getting an extremely used pair with scuffs and stuff on the bottom, they werent even the correct size! Had to drive 5 miles to a UPS to return. Go into the store and buy the correct shoes. Wore in store, but not out of store. Thought they fit well in the store but when I got home they did not so I went to exchange despite them never even worn or even fully untied I was told I would receive a store credit at the sale price which was $40 less than what I just paid for shoes that were never walked more than 10 steps in because I misplaced the receipt. I'm starting to think I never even received one on purpose. Even though I just bought them 5 days prior and had proof of the transaction on my card.

Elaborate Scam?

I ordered some runners on line. I had a tracking number which then said it was being held by customs. It did not say where. Then it disappeard and they were never received. I was told to check my post office? But there was no notification that it had made it there, so they had no idea either. I was offered a replacement pair which I accepted. However, they have never turned up either. No tracking number or anything. I have asked for my money back which I was told would be arranged. No news on that front. It is like this is an elaborate scame. This started back in November last year.

No care for what is being shipped

I order two stealth 2 hybrids online for my birthday. I received the first one perfectly. The second that I received was the wrong club, the wrong head cover, and the head of the club had a chip on it. Customer service claimed that the store I was returning it to had 5 in stock to exchange it with. The store had zero in stock and none in the system anywhere. I received a gift card for the value of the item. This will be the absolute last online order with Dicks. The was no care given with the club I received wrong. Very obvious things that were overlooked when this club was sent. Stealth 2 club with a sim 2 head cover. The club was supposed to be a 3 and was a 4, and the chip on the head of the club. Whoever packaged this item had no regard for what the customer was receiving. Multiple obvious things that were wrong. I did not expect such poor service from Dicks. This encounter has completely changed my mind of Dicks as a whole.

Lost a customer for life

I went to the store and tried to use a gift card. Well, their gift card system had been compromised, and the card I had was one of them.

The store staff told me they have been having an issue with stolen card numbers lately. With no offer to make it right.

I bought the item with another form of payment and left. Never to return.

A $50 gift card problem has cost them a customer for life.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes online

I bought a pair of Nike shoes online. They arrived with a damaged package and they were dirty, for sure they were previously sold. The customer service only tried to give me a kind of refund to keep the shoes before 10% then 20 and at the end 25%. But they were a gift so I did not accept the refund. I will never buy from them again. Too much arrogance and no respect. Now I have to send them back and wait for a refund that probably will not arrive before I open a claim with Paypal.

Terrible Company

Terrible Company Ordered a North Face Womans Fleece was told it would arrive Tomorrow. Nope 3 days later still Never got it. Manager assured me The Order was Out for Delivery But was in Buffalo,NY Never Shipped yet. Contacted Dicks in Johnson City, NY Manager still said Order is Out for Delivery and I still Never Got My Order. I can say Dicks Sporting Goods is The Worst Company I've Ever Delt With. Becareful Shopping at Dicks Sporting Goods will be a Nightmare for You.....

Online order went smoothly

I needed a cot for house-sitting jobs, especially after a back injury. I found a reasonably priced one, and did an online order with DSG. Everything with the order went really smoothly, and the product was in new condition. Customer service was great, and the product I received has been durable and worth what I spent. I would for sure buy products from this company again.

can not get waited on

can not get waited on in the shoe department, only customer there and 3 employees would not wait on me, went into backroom every time I approached one of them. Also tried to buy an elliptical there and when I wanted it delivered and he had to do paperwork he told me it would be 3 months to deliver. they have a knack for hiring lazy help.

Sole Elliptical Machine, Delivery, and Assembly


Review re. Sole elliptical machine ordered from store 301 in Canton, GA; delivered and assembled by their logistics service AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc.

1) Paid for delivery and assembly.

2) Elliptical machine was not assembled correctly.

3) Handles were installed upside down.

4) Power cable was run underneath machine and will become worn with use.

5) This incorrectly installed cable also makes the machine base very unstable and renders the machine unusable due to the instability.

6) Rear panel was not attached and fell off.

7) Parts fell off on first use.

After paying over $1000 for a machine, and additional money for delivery and assembly, this is not acceptable.

Finally, the delivery was arrived at 5:09 PM. Assembly by the two delivery people took over 4 hours and they did not depart until after 9 PM (too late, IMO).

Based on my experience, I would advise not taking advantage of their delivery and assembly services.

EDIT 2025-01-21: In addition to the issues detailed above. Two more were identified last night:

a. the adjusting feet on the bottom of the frame are missing, so the frame actually rests on the ground; and

b. re. point a above, there were no spare or loose parts left by the assemblers, so I must assume that they took any leftover parts with them.

Priced a pair of Jordans as if it was a sale price, but they knowingly marked this one pair cheaper online because they were defective, but didn't say they were defective.They tried to pull a fast one

Returned a pair of Jordans because of wrong size. They didn't have the needed size in store, so the associate ordered them online in the store to be shipped to my home. The price of the shoe is 134.99, but on his screen it said it was on sale for 89.99. Odd I thought for Jordan's that are still fairly recent, but cool. I received them and I was lacing them, I noticed the tongue of the wouldn't stay centered and when I moved it to the center the tongue wrinkled and bulged at the bottom. I took out laced and held both shoe tongues upright. On one the stitching is off so it turns to the right automatically. They're defective. I called customer service the woman says, they aren't on sale...idk why your pair was listed at 88.99. I said clearly because you guys were trying to get rid of a defective pair of Jordan's without telling the buyer they were defective. She said they don't sell defective shoes, to which I replied, clearly you do in the shadiest of ways. She put me on hold to find out why these were priced different. She came back and said send pictures, return them, we'll refund you the amount and charge the same amount for a new pair. She never gave a reason why they charged less for this one pair leading a customer to believe it was a sale price. They were shady as hell to sneakily try to get rid of defective shoes by pricing them lower, which btw I had no problem paying the 134.99, and not telling customers what they are doing and hoping the customer won't notice and won't care to return. I told her if I was told they were defective in stitching at that price I would have said, no. Why would I want defective shoes? I do not trust Ducks anymore. They are a lying company who'll try to screw over customers by deceitful selling practices. I wish they allowed pictures. The defective stitching causing the shoe tongue to turn in one direction is obvious.
