I ordered a dishwasher in store last week and the experience in the store was fantastic and appliance ordered with ease. Unfortunately that all changed when the appliance was delivered yesterday. The delivery driver was extremely unhelpful. He left the dishwasher outside the back door in the rain and I had to unpack it so he would take away the waste packaging and bring it to the delivery truck to him. Then I asked could he help me lift it just inside the back door of the house and he seemed annoyed at this request. He reluctantly lifted it in with me and in doing so I got a deep cut on my hand when lifting it in. Again I had a great experience in store when ordering the dishwasher but I wouldn't try to get an appliance delivered from here again. I have never experienced a delivery driver like this before.

Michael went over and above to help me source white goods for my elderly father. He helped to fund the best value and easiest to use models for someone who is terrible with modern technology! I very much appreciated the time he took with me and when my handyman let me down, he was happy to change the delivery date and sort out the installation.

Visited the Turners Cross Cork store today for a Shark fan, they didn’t have the colour I wanted. Maria was fantastic, and ordered the colour I wanted and it will arrive later in the week.

She was friendly, helpful and professional - really exceptional service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria from DID Electrical on kinsale Road!I was eagerly waiting for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and when it turned out they didn’t have it in stock, I was told the earliest I could get it would be Tuesday. But Maria didn’t stop there she totally went above and beyond! After hours, she personally drove to one of their off-site locations to pick it up just so I could have it this morning. Her dedication and care truly blew me away. If you need any tech or service, Maria is the best of the best💖thank you, Maria, for making this experience so incredible!

We went to a few different places to get quotes for all appliances for a new build and the price we got from DID was the best. Maria in the Cork store was fantastic to work with. She took so much time to go through the different appliances with us and talk through the different brands and price ranges. She gave us a great quote and didn't put any pressure on us to purchase.
