Went in today to purchase a TV and received top quality customer service from staff on hand, given a very comprehensive explanation of differences between each model, and also what was best quality for money. Very impressive!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Gareth in DID Electrical. I wasn’t 100% sure exactly what I needed, as there were two possible items that could have been suitable, and Gareth couldn’t have been more helpful.

He took the time to listen, talk me through the options and make sure I left with what was most likely to work for me. He also specifically made sure I had my receipt safely with me, as he knew there was a possibility I might need to exchange the item for the alternative.

It was such a simple thing, but it showed that he was genuinely thinking ahead and wanted to make sure I was looked after even after I left the store.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful — exactly what great customer service should be. Gareth is a real credit to DID Electrical and made the whole experience so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great knowledge about the product

would highly recommend Mandy in DID Electrical Tullamore. I have dealt with her on many occasions and she is always so friendly, helpful and patient, with excellent knowledge of the products.

Most recently, Mandy helped me choose a new washing machine, Hoover and microwave. She took the time to explain the different options, answered all my questions and made the whole decision-making process so much easier. There was never any pressure to buy — just genuine, knowledgeable advice based on what suited my needs.

It is so reassuring to go into a store knowing there is someone like Mandy there who you can trust to give you good advice. Her friendly manner and excellent customer service are a real credit to DID Electrical Tullamore.

Brilliant sales experience in Tullamore, deal with confidence.

We met a lovely member of staff called Georgiana in the limerick branch on Saturday, Georgiana made the whole sale of our new thumble dryer so easy.

Team Member Chris in Limerick, Childers Road Store, was so helpful and generous with his time and expertise.

I wanted a tablet and it was out of stock everywhere. Went to DID Tullamore to order it and get notified when it's back in stock and I was surprised to find one there in the store. So I went back home with my tablet and Mandy was a geat help.

I want to thank Chris and team in Limerick for the exceptional efforts they went to on Saturday to ensure delivery of our appliance. Our circumstances were not the norm but the ream went the extra mile, so to speak.
And a special word fir the cheerful delivery driver.

Online order took slightly longer than expected however staff in the Clearwater branch chased up the order & kept me informed of the expected delivery date. Very helpful staff.

Service was great. Delivered on time and very efficient installation.

The two delivery guys were absolutely lovely and very helpful.
