Bought an overpriced vacuum cleaner thinking that because of the price tag, the quality and customer service (if needed) was going to be good. A nozzle broke after fourth use due to a very poor design with only 1 tie in point in an angled nozzle bend, and within 1 year from purchase, and despite the vacuum being correctly registered on the website, Miele customer service refused to replace the part for free because apparently it's in their T&Cs that only motorised parts are covered under warranty (like WHAT), which is against EU law where you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee from the moment you received the goods, for all parts!
Purchased an expensive induction hub from Miele, and while still under warranty, the glass at the edge of the hub chipped in 2 places.
As it was under warranty, I contacted Miele and was told that glass damage is not covered under warranty.
This was really disappointing especially as nothing heavy was dropped on the hop, it chipped in 2 separate places during day to day use. So now I expect more chips to happen.
For such an expensive piece of equipment, from such a reputable brand I expected better design, build and post sale experience. I would not recommend this product or Miele.

It took awhile for the appointment to be sorted out however the technician came with all the parts that were required and could solve the problem very quickly.

Cannot rate you as I have not purchased anything from Miele Ireland I sent email after first request for feedback but received no response

I still haven't received my purchase after waiting more than two months. You do not respond to my emails nor the contact form I completed. You don't follow anything through. I am without a washing machine until you sort this out. It's ridiculous.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong sized bags for my vacuum cleaner in mid January. When they arrived in mid January I realized my mistake. Many emails later and garbled phone messages later I think I may have a resolution. It's now the 5th of May! I still do not have a refund but I'm assured it's on the way. Appalling service. Unbelievable, given the high reputation and prices this company is known for.
Update 13th May. Yes I was contacted on the 5th, but still waiting for my refund. No doubt it's the bank's fault that I'm now waiting three months for my refund. It's a joke but I'm not laughing.

Service needed on a dishwasher that wasn't draining. Engineer dealt with issue with no fuss.

The repairman that came to my home was respectful, knowledge and well-groomed. A good representation of Miele and something which makes me even happier that I chose Miele products.

Good website. Simple to use. Stuff arrived two days later. Keep up the good work.

Do not buy a washing machine from Miele ever. I bought one - it broke after 18 months and it is impossible to get Miele to come fix it. It takes at least a week to get an appointment and then they came when I said we would not be there and charged us for this even though we had a warranty. Another week to get another appointment. For a high end product, this is very disappointing. My experience with a much lower cost product previously was much more positive.

We have been Miele customers for over 20 years. All our appliances are from Miele and the customer service was always impeccable. Recently the company switched all calls to Asia and it’s just awful. No understanding about the product or the company values. I guess a lot of companies saving money and moving some services to low cost jurisdictions. But in my book this is no longer the premium segment and I don’t trust the overall quality of the product itself anymore. Very sad

Our old Miele dishwasher broke, it was 12 years old so decided to replace with a new Miele version, top of the range. The delivery was due between 8-12 and by 1 nothing arrived, I eventually got through to someone after 30 mins to tell me no dishwasher went on the van that day and someone was meant to call me, which they didn’t. Fast forward to today, they promised I was first up, delivery between 8-10, yet again 10 arrives, no one here. I tried again to call Miele and the delivery company. Delivery company ignored my calls and Miele were worse than useless. Driver eventually arrived 1 hour late and told us that the pipe from our old Miele dishwasher was bigger than the new one and we needed an extra part, which he does not have. My partner now has to go and try to quickly source the part before the driver leaves so he can finish the instal. I paid 70e for install. I also sent a complaint to Miele last week about the original delivery issue and I’ve heard nothing back. I will never buy a Miele appliance ever again.

I bought a hoover from Harvey Norman ,who told me I had to contact Miele myself ( which I was very disappointed with ) when I contacted Miele they told me only the body was covered not the tube ,the hoover is only 6 months old ,I could buy a new one for 100 euros ,The customer service was appalling, or helpful even difficult to understand,I got back to Harvey Norman who told me they would send it back for me ,but I would have no hoover for two weeks or more,I will never but a Miele product again, and I won’t be rushing back to Harvey Norman either,

Customer service is appalling. Repeated calls and dialogue. Apparently, there are no supervisors or managers available. They tell you a manager will contact you within three to four days. A month goes by and your hear nothing. Same applied to the shop I bought the vacuum from. They attempted making contact and were just ignored. The shop replaced the vacuum at their own expense. Extremely disappointing for what is considered a premium brand.
Update: I have responded to your email with my call log. I don't know why you are contacting me now as it is months later and I do not wish to waste any more of my time.
