I recently went to liffey valley store with an issue with a battery for my vaccum.
The help and service I received from Ian Anushka and Ajaya was a excellent and rectified the issue there and then.
Highly recommend !

The support I got from Ian and Caren at Liffey Valley was loyal and real and is too rarely experienced from brands. They stepped in when they didn't have to with a response that was friendly and human and much appreciated. Certainly strengthened my allegiance to Miele.

Bought a Miele dishwasher at 3 times the price of it's competitor equivalent, expecting it to be quality and to last longer. However, it lasted until it was one month out of its warrantee period of 2 years before complete failure! What's worse is that because Miele have a policy of refusing to supply parts I am faced with the only option of using the expensive Miele repair service which only comes with a 1 year guarantee for the actual fix performed, so if I keep the dishwasher I am faced with having to pay for constant overpriced repairs! This is unacceptable - I paid the extra for Miele thinking I wouldn't have this hassle, but in reality the only different between Miele and a cheaper brand is the extortionate high price of Miele!

I bought a fridge which was delivered on 24 July with a cracked daily fresh drawer (a plastic drawer for storing fruit and vegetables at the bottom of the fridge). It is now 27 August and I have been emailing and phoning Miele several times since 24 July and get no satisfying replies as to whether the drawer has been ordered or when it will be delivered.

I recently called into Miele to look at appliances for a new build. I was referred to Ian who, from the start was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. His helpfulness and accommodating approach made the entire process seamless and enjoyable!

Had an issue with the TwinDos showing empty on our Miele washing machine this morning. Spoke to Caren at Miele Liffey Valley; she walked me through possible issues and how to reset the TwinDos. If I couldn't resolve the problem, I was to call back, and Caren would log a service call and have an engineer call out - excellent service.
I bought Miele products during the pandemic and although they have been brilliant, I knew I wasn’t using them to their potential. So, today I went to the shop in Liffey Valley and had a really friendly, helpful young man called Ian showing me all the tricks. I can now use my appliances to make cooking simpler and more efficient. I have booked in for a master class to improve my cooking now!
i received excellent Customer Service from Caren at Liffey Valley and also from Mick and his Son when they delivered my new Dishwasher a few days later

My new washing machine is still under warranty but I am asking for the service already a few weeks. Very disappointed especially when you pay some amount for the product. Wouldn't recommend Miele Ireland.
I would like to thank the staff at Miele’s store in Liffey Valley who have been very helpful. They have patiently listened to our requirements and ordered everything without putting any pressure on us — quite the opposite, actually. :) Some things took a while to arrive, but they monitored the process, chased it for us, and kept us informed by email. Everything is now in place in our new house and works perfectly. However, we run into a difficulty with one appliance. The fascia on the kitchen extractor hood was a little misaligned due to a manufacturing defect, which I only noticed once it was in place. Having explained that to Miele Ireland, I asked if it was OK, since it worked, or if we should do anything about it. I was not keen on having to have people disassemble the just-finished kitchen… Caren, who has looked after us from the very start, patiently explained that even though it works, we will have to look at that misalignment for many years and that it would keep annoying us. She ordered a new extractor. I assumed I would have to get my installers back, but to my pleasant surprise, Miele sent their own service team to do the replacement. They turned up on time and did a great job. I cannot thank the whole Miele Ireland team, also including Karl and Ian, for going the extra mile and for exceeding my expectations. This is how it should be done. I hope that I get at least 20 years out of these new appliances — the Miele in my old house kept on going for longer than that! Thank you Miele.
Totally confused when trying to learn how to work the new appliances in the apartment I have just moved into, I looked in vain for help in the often very unclear manuals and in stores selling these products. Then I found the Miele Experience in Liffey Valley. Therein lay my salvation. When I had the good fortune to meet Ian Crowley my problems were over. He was so kind, patient, tolerant of my technical inadequacies, and well informed on the appliances himself that he worked everything out for me to my great satisfaction. He even followed up with phone calls and of course always returned any of the calls I made to him giving me patient explanations for my problems. I honestly never have met such a pleasant knowledgeable sales person.
I thank him and the team at the Miele Experience and would recommend them to anyone.
Caren Robinson in the Liffey Valley store Dublin went above and beyond to help me. I needed a spare part for my hoover. I was having no luck online and Caren sorted it for me. She was very kind to my 2 year old son who can be quite a handful. If only all staff were as helpful as Caren.
Extremely friendly and efficient customer service, kept us informed at all stages of the process. Very pleased and would totally recommend.
Because I'd put the bag in my Miele vacuum wrong it got particles of dust into the motor and the motor started smelling funny and the suction wasn't great. I rang customer service, they sent me a box the next day and it was couriered back to them free of charge, they fixed it up and sent it back to me a few days later. Amazing service!

Miele products are generally excellent quality if not necessarily value for money. However, the high upfront price comes with an expectation that service is there to match it. In NI however, booking a repair leads to a three-week wait, booking via the UK office, unable to do anything with the appt. Online because the website doesn’t accept UK format postcodes. To speak directly to Miele Ireland you make an international call. None of this, especially the three week wait for an engineer, says “high end” service. And no non-Miele engineers will touch a Miele repair so it’s a closed system. Conclusion: if you’re in NI don’t buy Miele appliances.

We installed a new kitchen recently and with the excellent advice and help we received from Karl, Caren and Ian we purchased Miele ovens and hob. Not only were they incredibly patient, Caren also gave us recipe ideas and some demos. We have rung and been back in a few times since with little queries and we have never been made feel anything but welcome always. The staff are great and more than happy to spend time with us explaining the products. Caren and Karl are both full of knowledge and real foodies!! A pleasure to deal with them!
My Wife and I called into Meile in the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. To enquire about purchasing a tumble dryer, we were met by Ian (SMEC) who was friendly professional and was a great in helping us make a decision about the tumble dryer that would suit us, we were offered coffee and the chat was friendly. We got sorted and we would like you thank Ian for that.
Purchased a Miele Washer/Dryer combined unit and found Karl in the Liffey Valley Shop very professional and helpful. Product delivered and installed promptly and worth the installation fee involved.
Excellent service. Karen & the team in Liffey Valley unit were as always top of their game. Explaining product features, what might works best for our household & tips on best way usage.
