The Miele experience shop in Liffey Valley shopping centre has one of the best sales assistants in Dublin by far. Ian has the patience of a saint and the knowledge of an oracle.
Courteous and friendly but professional and very knowledgable, Ian handled my 2.5 hours of questioning and hands on experience of washing machines and dryers with tact, patience and superb customer care skill. Based on the information he provided me with, l was able to make an informed and calculated decision. Thanks a lot Ian.
The support we got from the lady at the liffey valley store was really helpful.
The downside we tried to claim our free cook books online serveral times but never recived them ,we feel the online support is not very responsive.
Great product lifespan excellent does exactly what it is designed to do
Had a great serviceman come to fix my washing machine he was very polite, chatty and knowledgeable. He completed the task without hesitation in a very good humoured way
Recently we had an operating problem with our Miele Hob. The service person arrived on the date and time. The examination and analysis was thorough. The follow up service by Miele Customer support was excellent both Julienne and Caren were very responsive, attentive and extremely helpful with all my phone calls. A very satisfactory outcome was achieved and I would highly recommend Miele. Moyra

Recently bought a Miele washing machine & from ordering to delivery the whole process was seamless & so quick. Thanks to Ian in Miele Liffey Valley who demonstrated the product & answered any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable & extremely courteous . My appliance was delivered & installed 2 days later by Mick who again was so friendly, knowledgeable & gave me a demo of the machine & checked all was in order before he left. My machine came with 6 months supply of twindos detergent which I had to apply for online, that was delivered two days later which was amazing. Delighted with my purchase & the excellent service I received. Thank You.
Very worthwhile visit to Miele Appliance Centre in Liffey Valley today. Ian Crowley took great care to listen to our needs and gave us much helpful guidance in a courteous and friendly manner; lots of user-friendly tips. Hopefully, our future Miele purchases will give us as much satisfaction as our washing machine has to date.
Really nice afternoon at the Miele experience cooking demonstration. Lots of useful tips, lovely food and great friendly staff. Thankyou
Very disappointed that because I live in Northern Ireland I can’t get the dustbags that come free of charge with the vacuum I purchased. C3 Complete cat and dog.
Bought an expensive Miele Oven in late 2018 for about €1000. Oven itself was good. Pyroletic. Good self cleaning etc. However, last week it failed. A technician came out and said it's the main board and it will cost anywhere between €300 and €400 for just the part alone. Too expensive to replace. So I basically got 6 years out of this high end oven. My last oven was a Zanussi. Lasted 13 years and was half the price. I will never buy Miele again.
New Mielé dishwasher- inlet valve failed after year 1- fixed under warranty. Heat/water pump failed after 5 years( out of warranty!)-€500 plus fitting. Retired washer. Previous Mielé dishwasher 28 years/ reason we bought another. Not now. Never buy a Mielé any TV hing now!- cheap de and discard after it breaks!!!
I bought a Miele Blizzard CX1 about 5 years ago and it is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I had three cats, two dogs and one tween and it has powered through an enormous amount of pet hair. Its as powerful now as when I got it. I love that it is bagless. Its easy to clean. Highly recommend it.
Really enjoyed the Master Class experience in Miele, Liffey Valley on 24th July. The Chef from Ballymaloe was great fun and gave some amazing tips while serving up a divine 3 course tasting menu. Sinead Moriarty from Newstalk was, as always, great fun. All round lovely afternoon in Miele. Thanks
Caren in Miele was a huge help to us buying appliances for our kitchen. She was very knowledgeable about everything and gave us super advice. When one of our appliances got damaged by accident Caren sorted it all out and made sure everything was organised which was a big relief for us. Thanks for everything Caren
New dish washer and dishes come out wet. Am very disappointed, as told I may need to pay a call out charge to fix the issue.
Dealt with Caren in the Liffey Valley location in Dublin and she was terrific. My interaction was on the phone but it was excellent. I ordered a new Miele hob on Tuesday after close of business, and it was delivered to my house on Thursday morning by a terrific Miele specific delivery gent. All round a great customer experience...
I purchased the very expensive HX2 Cat and Dog vacuum cleaner. It broke after a year and Miele are refusing to replace the part that is not working - a replacement is almost €200!!!! I only use the vacuum on 54 square meters. The part that is not working is the bit that turns the brush. I have looked online and see that this is a common issue. Miele your quality is not what what is advertised!! This is supposed to last 20 years!!!
I recently purchased several Miele kitchen appliances, ovens, fridge, freezer and dishwasher from their flag ship store at Liffey Valley having already a had positive experience with the Miele TwinDos washing machine and tumble driver for the last six years without fault. I found the insightfulness around the products and friendliness of the staff very reassuring and any queries or concerns I had prior to but more importantly after purchasing the appliances was dealt with promptly and efficiently and in a very professional manner. Well done staff at Miele Ireland and thankyou KP for your insight and guidance.
