I bought a Miele washing machine in NORTHERN IRELAND and can’t get the Twin Dos system Utraphase delivered by ordering online from either GB or Ireland website. You have to phone or email them and the last order took 4 weeks to arrive. I paid for 4 and go 3. Terrible service.

Designed for twenty years? More likely gives up after 5 with parts/repairs so expensive you have to replace… not with a Miele though
Would this be the design for 20 years of use? The washing machine WEI865WCS (1,600 EUR) is one and a half years old and completely unusable. The service engineer did not come at the time specified by Miele.

I BOUGHT A MEILE DISHWASHE ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO. NOT USED THAT MUCH, ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE. THE TRAYS ARE NOW ROTTEN WITH RUST AND MAKES THE DISHWASHER UNUSABLE
I CONTAC TED MIELE AND SUGGESTED THEY SHOUL D REPLACE THEM FREE OF CHANRGE BUT WANT 700 EUROS TO REPLACE THEM. I WOULD KEEP AWY FOR THEIR DISHWATHER IF THEY DONT BACK IT UP

Excellent customer service from Miele. Unfortunately our Boost CX1 hoover lost suction. I called Miele on Monday afternoon and sent my hoover off for repair Wednesday afternoon and it was back Friday morning working perfectly again. Very speedy repair service 10/10.

Had to buy a dishwasher this week and needed to get the business done efficiently and quickly. The experience with Miele Liffey Valley (Ian), was fantastic. He arranged everything within moments of a phone call and the install happened seamlessly and also quickly. I was most grateful and happy with my experience and the service received.

Shocking customer service. I have a faulty dishwasher that Miele is refusing to fix and customer service is insisting that it is supposed to be like that, even though their own technician agrees that it is indeed faulty. So does all employees in their show room in Liffey Valley, so does Miele customer service in few other European countries. Newer again will I shop in Miele.
Have the Miele boost CX1 parquet about two months now & I have muscle strain in shoulders from trying to manoeuvre it. The stay on track wheels were obviously engineered by someone who never vacuums. It’s completely frustrating to use. I vacuum a large area every day & this is the worst vacuum we have ever had. The suction is also so bad, sometimes I literally have to pick the dirt up with my hand for a finish. Do not waste your money on this product!

Bought this in Powercity, utterly useless, shuts down every 5 mins and has to be allowed time to cool down before it can proceed.
Bought this useless thing based on owning a bullet proof Miele dishwasher.
Never again will I buy Miele.
My experience when trying to choose a hob & extractor fan was excellent from the sales person Caren her product knowledge, advice and guidance certainly help me in making the correct product choice for my lifestyle and kitchen. Highly recommend Caren
We bought a dishwasher a year and half ago was told this was the best one to be got , and it breaks after a year and half . It’s taken me three weeks to finally get a replacement. Yesterday was the first time a manager called me from Miele I asked for a manager call last week . The customer service was Diabolical is the only way to describe it . The three people I spoke with could not care less I had to fight for 6 days . As I was quoted company policy that is Denying customers there rights . As of the new customer law of 2022 . Miele customer service team really need to be update with this knowledge if there going to be selling products. I wish now I asked for my money back I will never shop Miele again . Never once did any one contact me I had to chase and call to email to get a phone call back . Do your selves a head ache and don’t shop Miele
I bought the Miele Boost CX1 a few months ago and sent it back for repair as the suction is woeful. The company in question looking after repairs said there was no fault found and check your hose it may be blocked. The patronising tone wasn't lost on me. Because I bought this from power City Miele can't help me they say my contract is with Power City who say my contract is with the manufacturer. I have another Miele Complete 3 which is the same Wattage motor and the suction is phenomenal. Nobody will listen, I've now a useless vacuum that pushes diet around the floor.
We visited the Miele store in Liffey Valley to purchase a new fridge freezer.
Our experience was excellent – – in particular, the service and professionalism we received from the sales person – – Caren
Specifically, her product knowledge and sincerity was 2nd to none.
As was her interpersonal skills in dealing with us as customers.
The advice and guidance she gave will certainly help us in making the correct product choice for our kitchen
Bought a miele recently and on the box it states you receive free bags, upon opening box it states uk only so it's false advertising, contacted miele and got nowhere, will never buy from them again, another company only interested in profit not the people who give them their profit. You can see from the reply below they contacted me because of this review otherwise no contact, now I've received an email saying they have none in stock and could I get back onto them in a FEW WEEKS, pathetic company.

The professionalism of Miele's Store Assistant Manager, Bernadette Clarke.
Her patience, courtesy and understanding of our needs was exemplary and of a high standard seldom found nowadays. She and other staff, with whom I interacted are the bedrock of a customer dedicated Company.
Delivery of the Miele washing machine was prompt and as promised. Anyone thinking of buying a Miele product should deal directly with the Company and experience how a customer focused Company operates.

Utterly disgraceful customer support - my wife and I have both sent numerous emails regarding a service visit at the end of last year, and have made countless phone calls. My wife has even visited the Miele office to try to find someone to help. No one ever gets back to us. This evening I called and asked for a manager and was put on hold for over 20 minutes.. I am about to write to Miele head office in Germany to tell them how their Irish subsidiary is so incredibly incompetent and does not care about customers who spend substantial money with them.
