Delighted with my purchase of a FAN in this heatwave. Pete was very helpful and has helped me with 2 previous purchases of a washing machine and a printer. He always answers any questions I may have with respect. After sales service is also excellent.

Caitlin was extremely helpful and more importantly knowledgeable. She helped me choose the right Hob for what I needed. Shops need more staff like this.

Ordered something online for collection when I went to collect it I got a lovely pleasant girl .

I recently visited the shop in Tallaght and had an excellent experience with staff Naseem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The service was outstanding and I'm totally satisfied.

I recently purchased an air fryer from the shop and had a great experience. The service was fast and very pleasant. Caitlin, who assisted me, was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Everything was handled efficiently, and I left very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this shop for their excellent customer service.

Bought an American fridge / Freezer from Tallaght branch and it was a disaster. Despite all the promises, two failed deliveries with absolutely no follow up from the staff. They could not have cared less. I have lost all trust in this company and will never cross their door again...EVER !!! Will advise everone I know to do likewise.

Was buying a ps5 for my son who is in hospital the shop didn't have it the sale assistance was extremely helpful he said he would get the ps5 for me from another shop within two days this took a great deal of stress off me. I'm was grateful to Ahmad he was my angel in time of need thks again

Went in for a new kettle and toaster Ahmad couldn't have been any nicer he was very helpful and so was his co worker 10/10 for there customer care they were extremely well mannered just what I like to see when going into a store to purchase an item

I went straight to the desk and asked about my item . Ahmad assisted and was prompt . The shop was calm and I was there for less than five minutes which suited my morning. I did not need to wait and queue for long .

Rinna was so helpful with all my questions when trying to decide on a new Fan. She patiently went through all options and was very well informed and fair.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Ordered online, easy and straight forward. Online communication was excellent. The lovely cheery Martin rang re: installation. He arrived when he said he would, installed and took old washing machine. All hassle free and straight forward. Excellent all round service without stepping foot inside the store!

Great service and advice which assisted me in my purchase. I find DID are best among the big electric stores as they nearly always have stock in store of what I need unlike some competitors.

I bought a washing machine on the 25th of April in tallaght and on the 29th of May it stopped working , initially rang and spoke to a manager amira which was not very helpful I was extremely upset and stressed as under my circumstances with my daughter I need a machine on a daily basis her response was to go use a relatives or a launderette, this upset me further as i explained i was still paying for the broken one and couldn't afford it.i rang the store and spoke to another manager Ian again 2 days later after seeking legal advice and ringing the ccpc which i was told I was entitled to have been offered a repair or a replacement , Ian was a little more helpful and empathetic after alternating my situation, he again told me it was only a repair they could offer me and I had to wait a week, I got the date for repair for the 6th sat coming and it didn't suit so I rang the consumer care number to rearrange app and was told there were no repairs for June on the live calendar appointment schedule I have an appointment with my daughter I have to attend on sat and now I have to arrange to have a family member at home to accommodate this repair this whole experience and purchase has caused me so much stress and inconvenience at a level it has really distressed me. I genuinely would never purchase another appliance or product from did ever again, stay clear and make sure to know your customer rights before purchasing , now i am in a situation where I'm still paying for a faulty product I can nit use and have to pay for launderette services which is nit affordable I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Disappointment is an understatement

Very helpful assistant - truthful and explored my purchase options with similar products. Not pressured into buying this particular product.
