3 injectors for a VW 1.6 TDI ordered and sent in ok time. No test callibration or whatsoever protocolls or codes provided. Installed following all instructions (filters changed etc.): At least one defect, second doubtful, but warranty terms make any claim impossible to start with. Managed to get the engine running again with a crazy amount of trials and combinations using old and new then sent the unused back for reimbursement of deposit. Though parcel tracking confirms arrival, my deposit of 240€ was never reimbursed. No answer to various mails and calls, no one answering the phone.
Careful, just some a#*%&hole selling used car parts.

I'm however still open to increase my rating here if at least the customer service/SAV would answer to my various messages and process the reimbursement of the deposit of 240 EUR and at least would keep that part of the deal if already the quality of parts sent was inadequate. Your call to work on your reputation now....

Update: Great, thanks for giving me another mail address to which still zero reply or actions from your end. I sent you all necessary reference numbers on said address as per your comment below but nothing. I wonder if I don't find that even worse to pretend here on trustpilot to care and then still not give a ...
To all readers: Should they actually react positively I would not hesitate to share such with you here immediately as well. As long as I didn't update again: Please consider even their reply to my review a fake.

New update (19.2. = 1 month after their response here): As expected - their response to my 1 star review was meaningless and likely just a way to keep the scam running.
I did as they advised and received nothing back. DO NOT TRUST this page.
