Excellent stuff, excellent communication via e-mail and easy and fast refund!!!

Their clothes look like second rate fakes of Max Mara or Max&Co pieces. And they all have one or more sewing mistakes.
1 star is more than they deserve.

Please don’t buy from them. Customer service is a joke. Bought 3 bags . All 3 are poor Chinese quality nothing you would expect from Max Mara group. 2 are damaged. Contacted them, sent them pics and they still haven’t send me the return label. It’s a shame and I will never ever buy anything from them !!

The bad reviews here do not make it easy to decide to shop on Intrend's website. I have had lots of items I wanted to buy but never did because I was terrified by the reviews. I understand people with good experiences never come back to leave reviews. So, here I am with my good experience review.

Well, this month I decided to take a leap and buy something. I just received the most beautiful leather pumps and earrings.

Not only are these items gorgeous, but they are also of superb quality too. The exact max mara pumps that I have been trying to buy for so long.

Full disclosure, I was very sure of my MaxMara shoe size before purchasing so that I won't need to make a return. As most of the bad reviews here are mainly about returns, I wanted to avoid the possibility of a return at all costs.

PS: The label on the pump wasn't cut off at all (had all the max mara branding) and is made in Italy. A real bargain!
I am really happy with this trial and hope to shop for more items that I am very sure of my size or that sizing doesn't matter.

Terrible customer service which is making it impossible to return part of my order. They are not issuing the return labels to affix to the parcel and every time I phone they have a different excuse. I have now been in correspondence with them for over two weeks and still no sign of resolution with emails often ignored.

Customer Service is really terrible, almost criminal. They pretend to not have received written return request in order to say later that now the return window has passed. They misrepresent payments that have been made on purpose. Etc., etc... Thanks god my husband is lawyer in Italy and always manages to recover the debts ;-) Otherwise I would not buy from them.

The site offers MaxMara collections from previous seasons. Italian site has much lower prices than their site for the rest of Europe (from 10 to 100 EUR lower prices). The online return button does not work. It never worked. If you want to return an item, you have to call them and wait in line for a long time. If they send you the wrong/faulty item, they claim that the error is not on their side, and you have to pay the return shipping cost. It happened to me twice in half a year. Not fair customer service and avoid if possible.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Do not buy from them.
Firstly, i was naive enough to think its an actual outlet, no guys, clothes are specially being sewn in Romania for the outlet. All the tags do not say Max Mara.
Bought my usual Max Mara size and it was too small, returned. It's been 4 weeks and still no refund.
They do not answer on their emails.
Thankfully I paid with paypal, so hoping they will sort out this mess and I will get my money back.

Awful customer service. I ordered 2 bags from them. Only one came out of two, and it was defective. Tried to get a replacement, sending them a few close up photos, showing that the purse was sewn crookedly. It took a week to get a response that they don’t see any problem with it and won’t be exchanging. Quality control for the outlet products of MaxMara group is bad. After about a month of placing my order I received an e-mail that they are canceling the order of my other purse since it is no longer in stock. This is the third time these kind of thing happens to me - they show the sale item in stock, let you place the order and then in a 1-1.5 months they cancel it as they can’t find the item. So don’t be sure that you will get your purchased items until you see them.

They lie. Covid FQ: "We can also assure you that shipments will not experience delays.."
They do not ship as ussually. My parcel is "under preparation" alost 10 days already.

Very disappointed service. This september I've ordered a pair of leather boots. The shop is cancelled my order after 10 days with an explanation that by their opinion total of my orders on their site is not corresponding to the personal use!!! What the f..??? I did only 4 orders in DT in whole year!!! 1st September 2017 (2 pair of shoes(deco and short boots) both size 38!!!), 2nd May 2018(2 pairs of shoes 38!!! and 36(for my mom), 3rd these leather long boots size 38!!! And 4th is sweater. Who can point me where is not a personal use?? All shoes except 1 pair is MY size 38. Or in Italy ladies have to buy only 1 pair of shoes every year as in North Corea??? Sh.. T service, sh..t online shop.
