Chose this reseller as they offered Special Delivery and since my unit had broken I needed a new one quick!

ordered at 2pm, got the product at 8.30 next morning. can't grumble with that!

My son bought me a wonderful gift last christmas, a viewpad 10e. I love it! I use it all the time for surfing the net, playing games and keeping in touch with friends and family. well you can imagine my disappointment when the the charger wouldn't work. no charge...... no viewpad tablet . You were the only company online that I could find that had a charger specifically for my tablet. not only was it at a great price but it was sent out very quickly, in fact it arrived before the stated delivery date. Thank you so much Digidave for a great purchase and for getting me back online via my tablet. :-)

Highly recommended, contacted them through ebay re: postage costs. They replied in good time. Items were shipped almost immediately after order. Well packed + great value.

I was having trouble getting my internet to come on. I eventually traced the fault to be the main supply cable. Found Digidaves website, but wasn't sure which the right cable was, so I rang the number on the website and got the correct item sent out to me that day. Brilliant service.

Used this company frequently and they have never let me down.

I ordered a power adapter at lunchtime on Friday and it was with me on Monday morning. I received an automated follow-up email checking everything was in order and even got a £2 discount for liking them on Facebook. All in all and impressive service.

I've used these guys a lot over the years, never been let down. Just thought Id payback for good service.

Since then i've submitted numerous tickets and tried calling only to be told by an automated voice to raise a ticket !!! Not happy with this company, somone needs to tell ebay !!

zero rating - no where to email - have created ticket - but noe one responds

0 stars No item posted after 5 weeks and don't reply to e-mails. Have seeked advice and will be taking this further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
