Days trying to connect to these…

Days trying to connect to these cameras (IP-4MP9430-I28 and IP-4MP4310-I28). Two reset back to factory with a third cam still in it's original state. Multiple apps downloaded, eg smartpss, ODM, IPscanner. Tried to connect to the PC on the 192.168.1 network after changing it's network IP - no luck. Direct connection via crossover cable - no luck. Scanning with all apps - no luck. Connected to Linux server after changing interface - no luck. Changed local IP address on iPhone with VPN - no luck.
