It is an improvised company without professionalism

It is a typical Asian company in which there are people who don't even know what the products they produce are for.
For example, in the catalog they show the CX chainrings with 6mm offset (essential if you want to transform the drivetrain into a single chainring) but they sent me a traditional chainring without offset.
I specify that this crown model with offset is presented on their website both with the photo (where the offset can be seen unequivocally) and in the description.
They say it's impossible to make a CX chainring with offset. Crazy stuff!
