I had several issues with online orders, and was helped quickly and without any hassle. Customer service was polite and helpful.
Twice I got extra charges i hadn’t ordered when I ordered online. Those charges were refunded without problem. Another thing I ordered came with only PDFs and no audio. They helped get the audio, and then it turned out to be too big for me to download. I got a refund on that too, all within a 3 day period. Very efficient.
