i ordered my ms points 1 hour 27 mins ago and still waiting

i made a purchase a couple of weeks ago and i got my coins instantly
but unfortunately i purchased more coins yesterday and yet to recieve them and i have made a payment. im not sure if they are working on a saturday as the live chat is offline so still waiting :(

paid for 48hr code at 8.38pm, so much for the 10 minute delivery to email ! still not received it and having no joy with the customer service either, have been waiting on chat function for ages now and still no response. have sent an email to them but not looking good for getting tonight. the whole point of using this site is to receive codes in the promised 10 mins. my account is verified and was told upon verification that any purchases from there on would be processed and delivered within the 10 mins. laughable

have been asked to update my review, i have now finally received my code but for a site that offeres a 10 min delivery on codes, its seriously lacking.

I was apprehensive at first, as I had read a couple of bad reviews about the site. however, I dug a little deeper to find more positive than negative feedback on the site, so decided to give them a go. I purchased the FUT 12 coins for Fifa, and proceeded to follow the no noncence steps to aquiring the coins.

The only thing that worried me initially was that it took longer than the 1 hour stated on the website, as mine took over 3 hours to come through, however, they were delivered as promised, so I was pleased with the overall service provided.

Would definitely recommend to a friend, I would however like to suggest to digisub that they remove the "within 1 hour" promise on there product, as it did take longer, and worried me to begin with, bearing in mind other reviews from people. But, having said this, digisub still delivered, and as such, get the full 5 stars from me, cheers!!

As long as you read the instructions and e-mail straight away it takes 5-10 minutes to receive FIFA 12 Ultimate Team coins. I can finally purchase Heskey and begin my dream team.

Being a new customer I wasn't expecting such speedy service. the whole process from registering, submitting order, authentication and recieving my order was around 20 minutes! and that was on a saturday. Definitely will recommend to my friends and will use again.

Only instant delivery when they appear online for chat, you will alway get ur order just might take a few hours the longest I and to wait was 6 hrs. But as soon as they were on chat it got sorted within 10 mins will use again, friends of mine have used other sites and never received a thing!! Better late then never in my eyes

The iTunes cards are cheaper than they are in-stores but the verification process requires you to phone a premium rate number, that's a major issue; aside from that this website provides cheap goods at a fast speed.

I had cause to contact customer services, and can highly recommend them.
Live Chat was down therefore I contacted by email, which I thought would take days. I had my first reply within a few hours, bearing in mind I raised my query at 22:40, which was rectified in full well within 24 hours.
One issue to bear in mind with my inital order was, it took around 30 minutes in full to get my Microsoft Points code, in view the details needed to be verified, which is understandable in view of fraud,
I would not hesitate to use DigiSub again!

My last review was wrong and they send me my product but I didnt notice. My bad.

Had to wait a while to recieve my code as it was my first purchase from the site (this could be made more aware that this is the case) and had a few problems with it being the wrong code but edward was quick and very kind in sorting the problem. Will definitley use again as they have good prices and kind staff.

I have been waiting for over half an hour for points, have not been verified, let alone received my points.Had to go to another site and buy points for my son as it looks like i might not get these.
