ordered part from this company and never received it
my bank has just refunded my money as they got no response from them. I wish I had read the reveiws first.
DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Ordered parts from this company they took my money and no goods were ever received ! emails all returned as non existent address ! phone calls go to voice mail and they didn’t bother to reply !! tried contact through website it doesn’t exist !!! Don’t waste your money like we did this is either a scammer or they are not in business beware ! If I had read trust pilot or internet reviews first before ordering I would never have dealt with this so called company !!

Whether they are trading as Velocity Heritage Ltd, Velocity Moto Ltd, Specialist Spares Ltd, Digital Speedos Ltd or EuropaSpares they can’t be trusted. Too many examples of taking your money. Claiming they are waiting for their supplier. Then ghosting the customer and not returning their calls and emails. Scam! Avoid!

Vmaxbitz.com trading as Digital Speedos took from me nearly £900 for Gauges. They liquidated the company & refused to supply the gauges or return my money. The same directors set up a new company Digital Speedos Ltd & requested that I pay for my gauges again, which I did not. The assets in the last accounts filed at Companies House are valued at £140,000 which was transferred to the new company/same director. I am out of pocket nearly £900. Paying Digital Speedos DOES NOT guarantee that you will receive your goods. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Ripped off!
Orders parts, waited weeks and weeks only to receive a quarter of my order. Looks like they have gone broke, their website is now down also
Hopeless

Purchased items off website and paid for them.
Four days later received email from them to say there was no stock despite website still showing them in stock. I had to order again from a different company and waited four days for a refund from Digital-Speedos.
I will not be ordering anything again from Digital Speedos.

THIS COMPANY HAS GONE INTO LIQUIDATION , THEY ARE STILL OPEN FOR ONLINE SALES ,THEY OWE ME NEARLY £70 DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took £900 for Gauges & have not sent gauges. Liquidated Company June 24 & took all monies from all orders. Same Directors took over Digital Speedos with newly formed company T/A Digital Speedos. Refused to return payments & are now continuing trading under Digital Speedos.

Again trying to contact them no joy reporting to refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a Smiths Tachometer on a next day delivery which failed to arrive for two weeks by which time I purchased elsewhere. I returned the item for a refund which is yet to be honoured six weeks later, there is no communication and the phone is either off the hook or unanswered.

My order was placed and paid for on 10/11/23, the goods finally arrived after a lot of chasing and promises and with no apologies three months later on 14/02/24.
Despite what it states on the website about being in stock I suggest you actually check first by phone.

Further to my last review. An item did eventually arrive but it doesn’t fit. As with other customer reviews I’d say avoid this company and go elsewhere. What is particularly shameful is that they used to be brilliant under the old management. RIP digital speedos.co.uk

Ordered part on 5th March for £149 via PayPal.
Was told prior to the order item in stock. Numerous attempts to get somebody to contact me via the useless ticket system.
Got one back apologising for the delay on the 15th March.
Still no item delivered, or received.
Almost daily contact to the ticket system with no response.
Received email yesterday 15/04/24 to apologise again and blame the previous directors of the company.
Also assure me that my orders will be dispatched at the latest by the 26th of April or sooner.
I have requested a refund and will be opening a dispute with PayPal.
Real shame as always good to deal with previously and good to contact for technical assistance.
Avoid and go elsewhere.

Update, received the m lock on the 26th of April .
So the new owners did as promised but still not impressed and will go elsewhere in future.

Placed order with next day delivery but nothing arrived tried to contact them but no reply
Started a PayPal dispute and Eventually they called me but it was clear they weee trying to play the system to keep using PayPal they have to refund but cancelled the refund at there end now PayPal told me on the phone I will get refunded but it could take another 14 days and it’s been over 30 already Avoid

Ordered parts in February, some came, the company never returned an email, the phone never answered eventually went to their office in Burton on Trent, the neighbours said they had moved out. The fantastic website is still taking orders by the looks of things, be warned total scam I’m having to go through my credit card to get the hundreds I’m owed back. People like this should be in jail.

Company has changed into Scammers.. order from them before in October 2023 with good service. Now they just steal your money. No answer or nothing. Will report to the police.

Took the money immediately including a premium for next day delivery. Nothing came tried to phone=no answer, used their ticket system 5 separate times=no answer, used email to every address they have=no answer.
This company appears to be a scammer and cannot supply what they offer and when caught out won't reply or engage in any way with their customers. My advice is avoid at all costs .

Please don’t waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered a Koso RX3 Speedo and sat nav at a cost of over £400 which was advertised as available and delivery on a 48hr service. Two weeks later still not arrived.
Impossible to contact by phone and no reply was ever received from the customer support ticket or email sent.
Complained to my bank Barclays which instigated a charge back.
How this company can be an official distributor for Koso is beyond me.
The worst customer service I have ever received, in fact there is no customer service at all as they just ignore you.

For anyone affected by the recent issues listed below, I did a 'Charge Back' on my card payment with my bank. Definitely worth a try!

The company took payment immediately, but close to a month on, no item, and no response to email or telephone call. I read others with identical experiences. Clearly, this is a company on its uppers, and I would caution anyone considering a purchase to avoid like the plague. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
