Michael Nash went above and beyond to quickly arrange us with kiosks and card production facilities at the start of the pandemic. As I remember we asked on the Thursday and had the gear on the Monday. Great technical support too.

In November 2021 I ordered ribbons for…

In November 2021 I ordered ribbons for a Zebra printer that were in stock and was then emailed after i had paid to say they were on back order.
Last week I ordered ribons again from them that were in stock and their system accepted my order and same again. Why can't their sales people be honest and not waste people's time selling people things they don't have.

Our website does show the ribbons ordered as “currently out of stock” but still gives the option for you to place your order to be shipped when they are next available.

STAY AWAY!

I had ordered an ID badge printer after carefully choosing it online. Nowhere on the website it was mentioned that it is not compatible with MacBook Air, so after going through hell trying to get to the Customer Service department and finding out where to send it back which took nearly 2 weeks and endless calls (they usually never answer the phone), I received a phone call from someone located in the Netherlands if I remember correctly trying to convince me to believe that they have not misrepresented the product. She initially refused to fully reimburse me due to the fact that I had opened the printer, when there was no other way for me to find out that it wasn't compatible with my MacBook Air. After endless conversations and phone calls they finally agreed to give me a return address.

I have returned the printer over a month ago, got confirmed by their Customer Service team that a refund was processed on the 1st of March, but having talked to one of their Account Managers, I found out that's a lie, and that the refund was only processed today.

They don't stop lying, there is no way for someone to get their money back, they avoid phone calls and constantly lie and deceive. I doubt I will ever receive a refund from them and I'd like to warn people to STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE from this company.

I have looked in to this and discussed the points you have raised with my colleagues who were involved with your returns request.

I can see that you ordered the Easybadge Bundle on our website which states the following “Please note that the EasyBadge desktop application is not compatible with Mac”.

You were initially contacted by your account manager Sarah who explained that as the Easybadge bundle was ordered in error we would only be able to accept a return of the items if they were un-opened and in a re-saleable condition. As you had opened the printer ribbon and placed it in the machine Sarah explained that this element of your order unfortunately didn’t meet the terms of our returns policy.

You were then contacted by Jaimee in our Customer Service department and as a gesture of goodwill, Jaimee agreed to accept a return of the full order.

Unfortunately, a mistake was made when the return was processed and this was entered as a credit on your account rather than a refund.

As soon as this error was brought to our attention the refund was actioned.

Honest, effective service

Honestly the whole experience has been great.

We dealt with Sarah Qurashi who helped us find the right deal for our business needs without going out of our budget. On receiving our order, it's very clear that the service doesn't stop there. We had an issue with setup that was completely human error on my part and we received not only the answer to our problem from their support services (prompt and very human interaction), but also a follow up call from Sarah herself to ensure there were no further issues.

This company has a rare quality in that it provides clear and effective customer service, but you still feel like you're dealing with actual people and that makes the whole service shine.

Truly pleased and will be happy to deal with this company so long as we require their products.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I needed to place an urgent order for Paxton cards but was informed that, due to the ongoing chip shortage, there may be a short delay. Lee was brilliant, managed to locate some Paxton Cards for me and had them couriered to me on a next day delivery.

Over the past few weeks I have been in…

Over the past few weeks I have been in touch with Delius Edwards from Digital ID to enquire about some specific printers. In the end, due to our specific budget procedures, we were unable to order through this distributor but Delius was extremely helpful despite this. He responded to my many questions very quickly both over the phone and email. He showed me the examples of the product and the badges as explained how all the software worked, he really took the time to make sure I was able to make an informed decision, much appreciated indeed.

I don't usually write reviews but this is something I feel strongly about. Their cards are normally of average quality anyway, we ordered with them on an off chance because our normal service was too busy. The print was off centre, leaving a white edge on one side. They refuse to reprint them. Terrible customer service.

Excellent Customer service

We have recently needed to upgrade our card printing machine at a very busy time of the year. Excellent Customer service from Ben Edwards very supportive and understanding of our needs. No pushy sales so we actually spent a little more than intended and super fast delivery. Even got me out of a tight spot when I had run out of ribbon and was delivered the next day. Highly recommend Ben and Digital ID

Absolute clowns

Absolute clowns - sent wrong item and then spent another 48hrs working out they sent wrong item which was plainly obvious. Didn’t send out a replacement on time, didn’t contact me, terrible customer services. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Won’t get any further business from my organisation or the other 3 I own shares in.

I realise these guys have had some…

I realise these guys have had some rough reviews and know from first hand that they've been badly disrupted by the pandemic. However I've used them for years both with my last company and my current one and they have always been brilliant. Really great service, good prices and always go out of their way to accomodate any requests. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
