What a fantastic experience dealing with James! He explained everything so well to a couple of technophobes. We are so pleased with what you have done for us over the past 12 months. We have enough money now to go to Australia to see Stanley's brother who he hasn't seen in 25 years. We would have gone this year if it wasn't for covid. Thank you so much
