Great
I have rec'd my replacement batteries, they both work. I did have a problem with delivery, however this was not done to digitalmediastore but the PO/my Family, digitalmediastore provide me with some suggestions to resolve non delivery, one of which was to visit the PO, which I did and found my parcel there. Somewhere along the line the card got missed.

Needed a battery for a digital camera
Very happy to find this store online. Needed a battery for a Panasonic Lumix and would have to pay about £40-50 to get one with 'Panasonic' written on the side, since they all come off the same conveyor belt in China I wanted to find a reliable company (without buying direct from China - which can be a total nightmare) with expert knowledge, that knew the products and only recommended well made items. Not disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. As shown in the checkout the typical delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. We appreciate this is not a next day or express service and this is why we are upfront about the delivery time, allowing customers to stop their purchase if the delivery time does not match their needs.
Your order was placed on Saturday 17 Sept 2016 08:35:21 and it was dispatched in two packets on the next shipment, on Monday 19th Sept. You required delivery by Sunday 25th Sept which was just 4 working days after dispatch.
Whilst one packet had arrived before your holiday started, the other arrived afterwards. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
A bit disappinted
Ordered a camera battery for my holidays and delivery time quoted on the website would have got it here in plenty of time. To my great disappointment it did not arrive within the 5-7 days as stated. When I contacted digitalmediastore they informed me "All orders are delivered by Royal Mail; they are shipped from our central European distribution centre using an untracked Priority mail service" and that it had taken 4 days to be "confirmed as received into the Royal Mail International Mail Centre". As a result I did not have it in tme for my holiday.
Had I known it was being posted out with the UK I would not have ordered for this website.
