Absolute dog crap, I brought a motherboard from them which after 10 months it did a bios update on its own then crashed during the update, so I got in contact and we arranged for it to be looked at, well there rude and ignorant and now they claim they won't fix it as there was some CPU paste on it and a slight bit in the CPU bed! All pins were fine so because of CPU paste they declined to fix the motherboard!!! Buy from them but if it brakes don't expect it to be fixed, they will take your money and won't help!

Wow lovely how you treat your customers it is a bios issue as it shut off during and update and yes there is CPU paste in the corner of the socket and a bit on the outside of the socket which would not stop it from working and now your refusing to send it back to me which I have the email for and your also claiming legal advice for your lack of customer service, CPU paste can be removed with alcohol it's widely known so if I'd of cleaned the board before sending it you'd of been none the wiser then what would you have done!!!! It's supposed to be sent to ASRock who in turn told me they never received anything from you as there based in the Netherlands, and technically your stealing my motherboard by refusing to return it to me so answer that one then??? Shame I can't upload your picture!!! It's a motherboard it's supposed to have CPU paste and as you said it's a repair job I didn't need to be cleaned it needs the bios put back on it SO BE WARNED EVERYONE THEY MAKE STUFF UP AND RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR GOODS!!!

First purchase didn't go through properly so I had to go through it again, which did work and I got an acknowledgement at 16:34. Because of that, they didn't do next day delivery, which was why I'd chosen them. They were rather curt with their dismissal that my order was after their 16:30 deadline.
Three days after that the item turned up. Damaged.
Tried booking to send it back. We'll see how that goes. Since it was a power supply for my main computer, it was rather a key item.
As you can see by their reply, they not only have no flexibility, they're also willing to blame others for their mistakes: to make the metal damage that significant without the box being similarly damaged would take some quite precision bashing.
I do wish I'd taken a different route: 4 minutes for their reply amounts to four days delivery time.

This shop is like an electronic aladins cave and gamers and computer enthusiasts should seriously shop here instead of taking a chance with the like of Amazon, Ebuyer or scan.

The difference with this shop is that you have experienced staff who will help you with any questions that you may have as it can be difficult to choose from such a large range of products.

I have just completed three builds for my teenage sons and they are delighted with the results but this would not have been possible without the staff members know-how as its been 20 years since I last built a computer.

Yesterday I visited the shop as I have been searching for a particular type of graphics card and due to the current chip shortage I thought I would be out of luck. Thanks to Rhona she managed to source the part for me and it arrived in store less than 24 hours later. You just cant beat that personal service and at no extra cost and that's where this shop shines above the likes of Amazon or ebuyer,

I recently bought a gaming PC from Digital promotions, and their service was exceptional, and they were helpful of what Px I needed, and didn’t recommend overly priced garbage, instead asked what games you play (are going to play), and think of what is a good Pc for you. I can tell they find a fitting Pc for you, because I run the game that I want to play (as such Minecraft in this case), which was modded with insane textures (graphics), and I took around 80% of the storage (not disk storage, CPU and GPU I think), and that means they charge you extra money.
Best thing I ever did getting a PC from here, brilliant!

Their service was excellent, with suoer fast delivery. I haven't had chance to try the part I brought from them as I am witing for other components to come from elsewhere. I shall update my review when I've used the part I brought.
